Computer camera and a bad experience

The order took an abnormal amount of time to arrive at my house, the order stayed in NY for a long time as per what the USPS stated to me. Then when I received the order finally, the packaged was damaged very badly, so I contacted Best Buy to contact the seller about the damaged shipping carton. Next I had to send the order back to the seller, they didn’t replace the order, they just gave me back a credit with no response about the whole situation. I have ordered items online from Best Buy in the past, but this by far was the worse experience I ever had with them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
