I purchased this for my 11 y/o daughter. It is easy to use and works pretty fast. Great product for the price.

I was nervous about buying a computer online but ended up going with this one cause I need one for my college classes and I know things are selling out fast with covid going on so I got this and I do not regret it. It is perfect! It powers up fast and is fast loading web pages and perfect size for me a big screen but still light weight for travel. Doesn't have a great camera but thats not what I bought it for so it doesn't bother me. Over all extremely satisfied

Great value for the price. I followed the advice of other reviewers and bought an additional 8GB memory card, installing myself at home (had never done it before but was surprisingly easy after checking out some online videos). I run Microsoft Office and some reporting tools, and it works great; no issues with running slow. I've noticed that the camera image is a little fuzzy when conducting online calls, but not enough that it's an issue.

I needed a laptop to do basic operations (web browse, video conferencing, creating documents, email, and viewing files from old internal hard drives. I’ve only had it about a week or so but it works just fine. Good speed, no glitches. I am going to purchase and install an 8gb RAM drive in addition to the 4gb RAM that it comes with. It’s working very well now. I am going to install the extra RAM to handle extra apps without losing any performance.

I love love love this laptop. I got it in less than 24 hours and I love it! It’s a little bigger that my original hp laptop! I thought it was going to be a tad bigger but I love exactly what I got! It’s very easy to do my school work on and that’s the main reason why I’m so in love!!! Thank you so much Best Buy and I will definitely be shopping here again!!!.

This little guy (which I am typing on now) has been great... I use it to run my small biz, my air bnb, and just my day to day web browsing needs... no issues... I keep docs, pic, vids on.. no issues.. I do not game... so cant help there.. great for streaming too... best part is that it goes everywhere with me b/c its pretty small.. Keyboard perfect size too.. oh ya, it hold a good charge too!

I spent a relatively long time trying to find a decent computer as I am a graduate student that do not need a super computer. My needs are limited to emails and Office applications. The battery life and light weight are super helpful as it makes my travel much easier. The Keyboard is very good as well. It feels that I have had this computer for a long time.

Bought this laptop for my dad just for something for him to surf the web and do spreadsheets. I did add an 8Gb stick of memory. This one: PNY - 8GB 2.4GHz PC4-19200 DDR4 SO-DIMM Unbuffered Non-ECC Laptop Memory - Black This thing starts up super fast and runs like a dream. Even with the extra memory it was still under 300 dollars. Perfect for a student or someone that does not need a 4 figure laptop.

I love the size. It's easy to take it with you when needed. It runs fast and easy to use.

I remember when you could get a decent computer with lots of storage. This only has 128 GB it goes fast. It can't handle my Photoshop well, it needs more RAM which I'll add later. Overall it does what I need so no probs.

A laptop for around $300 is hard to beat! Still works great!
