I ordered an 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 with a Processor Speed (Base) of 4.1 GHz. However, I've received a PC today with 3.0 GHz base speed. I needed it for quantitative data analysis at school with huge data to interpret and my three year old HP ProBook, wasn't suitable for that. So, I ordered a new one. But showing loyalty to HP costed my a PC with incorrect specs. images attached. I wasted a lot of time, money and energy on it. I wasn't expecting this from HP and Best Buy. :( :( You can even see the shadow of the light in the screen. :(

It's a good laptop, for general use, not the best one... The image quality could be better. We loved the fact that is touch screen, at least for your kids will be awesome to use and play

Good laptop for the price. The fan gets a little loud when used for an extended period of time or when it is not in a flat surface.

I love my new laptop, I’ve used it for about everything. My favorite part is the touch screen.

Great modestly priced laptop. Keyboard is responsive, light weight. I'm a casual user at this point, not requiring a backup for work, etc. so it serves my purpose. I do wish there was some sort of adequate word processing software included. Kind of a pain to have to add that cost onto the top. At the very least, maybe a discount with purchase.

I'm basically using this as a desktop with a monitor, keyboard and mouse plugged in. I also run it on wired LAN. So ... not really able to say how the touchscreen or wifi work, but everything else is super fast compared to my old PC which was at 5 years old. It would have been nice if it had at least one more USB port. I had to get a 4-port hub for when i need to hook up more accessories.

I like it but honestly it’s a bit too big especially for school

I’m enjoying my laptop it’s very light weight and gets the job done even though I wish it had a light on it so I can see the keys if the lights off the touch screen is pretty cool

I bought this computer for a college program I'm entering in this Fall. My Macbook Pro (2009) is getting full and slow. It arrived on time and setup/registration was easy. I was able to get it out of Windows 10 S Mode and download the apps I want (ie Chrome, Kindle, and Microsoft Office). I wanted a budget laptop with Windows 10, with reasonable hard drive space/memory, and a media card port. I also wanted a lithium ion 3 cell battery as opposed to the Lenovo Ideapad (which was my 2nd option) that used a lithium polymer battery. I love my new 2021 HP laptop.

Good price. Screen not as bright as I would like and resolution not as good as I'd like and battery does last as long as I'd like, but the computer works well enough for what I needed it for and for the price. If I could do over I might have paid a little more for a slightly better machine.

Great laptop for a great price. Love the touch screen and the size. This is my 2nd HP laptop and I am pleased with the quality and ease of use. I would recommend this product for home use.

I love the features of this device it wass well worth the purchase. The speed is amazing. And i so love the touch screen feature that it offers!!

Great laptop overall. I’m using it for my college classes and so far it’s great. Only complaint is that it makes this fan sound whenever it’s running for a few minutes before it stops.

I love this HP Intel core I3 computer. I love the touchscreen feature as well as the 15.6 inch screen. It’s such an affordable price.
