I am amazed with the speed of response and whit its clarity of screen !!

Great combination of price and performance. I really like having the faster processor (i7) and the solid state drive just adds another level of speed.

This laptop is very fast & responsive (although I don't do gaming). I also like the keyboard touch. Had to order the computer so hadn't really had a chance to try it out ahead of time. The only thing so far that I would improve is I feel like the hinged screen is too light and actually flexible. We use our laptops at home and don't travel with them much at all but if you carried them around much I think this could be a problem.

Sleek design and good functionality. The solid state drive was one of my criteria, along with DVD drive and 3 USB ports and touchpad buttons. It does not have dual band wi fi, but an adapter took care of that issue. Touch screen is a plus, but frankly, I use it very little. I'm a senior with declining vision, so would appreciate bolder graphics on the keyboard. Overall, this is a good machine for the money.

My other computer was stolen and had to get another one quick. I needed an affordable, speedy and lightweight laptop. The speed is good and I like the touch screen. The downloads are quick enough and overall it is a really nice computer. It is designed well and I love the keyboard layout.

I purchased this touchscreen laptop to replace an older ASUS that was on its last legs. I wanted the I7, touchscreen, and SSD, and was thrilled to find this with 12GB of memory. It runs fast and reboot is speedy. My wife loves the looks of it as well as the fact it is thinner than the ASUS this is replacing. So far this has been an excellent laptop.

I am very happy with my computer. Once purchased, there were issues getting my info transferred and downloaded, but now all is wonderful. I love the size and the help I got from the HP Rep.

Set-up was easy. The speed is wonderful. The screen is a touch screen - a good feature for the future as I learn more about graphics.

This HP laptop is a great value for the money given its 12GB RAM memory, I7 Intel processor, touch-screen, and solid state drive.

Bought this for home but ended up using it while I worked from home during Covid-tine. Much better than any of the laptops from work. Very fast and quiet. Keyboard isn't too bad but the pad will not ever turn all the way off and causes some funky chicken moves sometimes. Got a wireless keyboard finally and loving the setup...this computer is getting used 40 hrs a week and I have had no problem out of it at all.

It's a good deal, fast and stylish. It had i7 processor and 12GB of memory so its very powerful. The hard drive is small 128G but its an SSD its start and boots windows like 1 2 3. The wifi range is very low like the other brands, I dont know if it's on purpose. I always recommend ASUS brand as wifi professionals.

This is a great computer for the price. However, as soon as I got it fired up and was using it, the dvd drawer started opening randomly. I can hear the drive spinning, though there is no disc in the drive and none is being called for. So, I returned it to HP for repair (I expected Best Buy to help me out with this but they had no interest in doing so). It came back in exactly the same condition I returned it. So, back it goes again. Such a minor, but annoying issue on an otherwise spectacular deal.

I think it’s the windows 10 that’s giving me problems, I had a HP Windows eight that died on me after about five years, that one I liked much better. Had to get one right away, wished I would’ve studied more first

Laptop boots up pretty fast. I mainly use it for checking emails, storing files, surfing the web, etc. It especially worth it, when you can get the laptop at a discount (I got it for $250 off regular price).

Needed a laptop for a special project and this works very well it is fast enough and only had to reinstall the OS since the home version will not work in my business so upgraded to professional OS.

I got this as a replacement for my wife. It was the first time I bought a computer through BB. I am very pleased. The machine is fast and easy to use. Everything has gone by the numbers so far.

Replaced a laptop that was 8 years old with this one, needless to say this one is super fast with the 12GM of memory and 256GG SSD drive. Boots up really fast and battery lasts a long time.

It works perfectly for me. Im a student and using it mainly for school work. I will recommend. but just like every other HP product, it comes with its own flaws...
