Can't really believe that this laptop was priced so low. It is much more capable than my old laptop, and much lighter, too. I do not play games, and use it mostly for email and surfing the Internet. Screen quality is good, and it works as expected. I don't see how you can beat it at this price.

WORKS THE BATTERY LIFE IS GREAT AND SPEED NOT BAD EITHER

Had it for a month- so far there are no problems. Having 8 GB of memory makes this computer much faster than my old 4GB memory computer. I could watch videos with out any buffering, The only minor problem is that the keyboard has light white letters on top of grey making it hard to see.

This computer has outstanding speed and excellent monitor.

I was looking for a large screen laptop and this one fit that purpose perfectly. I was very easy to move all my favorites to this one. It will fulfill all my needs as I am senior (age 75) and I could not be happier with this laptop. The fact it is a HP is just a bonus.

Was looking for a good computer for my son that just started college that wouldn’t break the bank. This computer fit the bill perfectly. He’s happy and so am I.

This is a great basic computer. Unfortunately, it does not come with windows/office 365. So far, I'm happy with the new laptop.

My new computer is okay, I do like the 17.5 screen. I had old computer send in as trade in was quoted would get $110 for. I haven't seen my credit it has been the first part of June. It was exactly as my new one but window 10. Work great but git something dropped on. How long do I have to wait for the credit? I talked to three people about the trade. I did have my new computer to a computer shop for set up. Going to have to have it take back to computer shop as locked Facebook friends so they can't write me, it got private locked on, have know idea how to get off. I asked about sending back the tech said I could under the thirty days warranty. Was going to send me a box and label never seen. Used original box to send in my old computer to Best Buy in Ankney. Please get with me about my $110 credit for trade in. Not happy with service I good all around, when call kept forward me to someone else. I shouldn't have my new expense at computer shop.

I ordered the computer online with no problems and then picked it up at Best Buy in Strongsville - A totally painless purchase. Total pleasure!!!! Employee were GREAT!!!!

This is a very capable system for a very reasonable price. The only problem I have with it is there is no RJ-45 or USB-2.0 slot. This requires you to buy an additional adapter.

I’m a Masters student for EE. Love the large screen size. I don’t feel a need to have a secondary monitor with this laptop. I can have CAD open to see schematics and PCBs. Keyboard has a great feel. I love how the screen isn’t in your face it’s very subtle

Got this for my daughter for school and Minecraft. It works for both. Minecraft is a little choppy when running the new vibrant visuals if she's hosting the world, but otherwise it works for us. No issue with overheating, but we got her a laptop fan mat to set it on and that seems to help. Overall, for the price, it's perfect. I didn't expect to do video editing or anything on this setup. It's a low price, no frills laptop.

I'm enjoying the screen size and the size of the keys. It feels like a large screen and the keyboard fits my hands better than previous laptops I've had.

Good solid computer. Very similar to the last HP I had but with a few extras. Enjoy the Ryzen chip. At my age , not sure how to transfer programs and files from my old Hp.

Love my new HP laptop. I have very simple needs and it works perfectly for me.

Does everything I needed as a secondary and portable device. At a reasonable price. I needed a larger screen than the tablet I had for viewing webpages and pdfs this has taken all the work load without a hassle, and compared to similar tablets the price here made more sense.

Been an HP fan for a long time, last three computers prior have been HP. This one exceeds initial expectations and I'm sure will provide us everything we need. The Best Buy employee, Chase, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
