    Needed a second screen to improve my work from home situation. Needless to say its been good so far. Only qualms is that the screen isn't as bright as i would like. Otherwise there have been no issues

    Picture is good, but construction is thumbs down. Bought online, took a week to arrive. Two weeks after using it, it was lightly bumped on my desk and the display immediately had a bunch of pixelated lines which obscured a quarter of the graphics. There’s a 2 week return period on this, and the week in transit counted. HP customer service was nice, but because of the positioning of the pixelated lines, it was ruled that this defect was not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, and because I hadn’t returned it to Best Buy within the first 2 weeks, nor had I purchased the additional warranty Best Buy offers at the time of purchase, I was stuck with it. I gave it back to Best Buy for them to recycle it. No more HP products for me.
