This will be my second monitor of this particular HP. I personally love it. It’s huge, sleek, and looks great. One of the best features of this product, which seems random, is the packaging. I work remotely and we tend to drive around throughout Colorado. Taking this monitor down takes me about 3 minutes total. The box itself is amazing for hauling it around with me on the road. I’ve never had a monitor that just “snaps” together. When I say that, I mean all of the hardware that mounts the screen to the base is incredibly easy. Then I take the monitor, lay it carefully on the dedicated foam padding, and all of the components fit right in. As a matter of fact, I’m able to fit a ton of my other equipment in there as well. It has tons of little compartments for my phone charger, power cords, mouse pad and mouse, etc. I LOVE that a screen this large can just be taken down in a matter of minutes and be on the road.
As for the computer itself, it’s everything I need and the quality is great. I don’t do any gaming so I can’t comment on any of that, but for anything work related it’s more than I need. I can also comment that Netflix, YouTube, Amazon video etc… all work with no issues.
Conclusion? I’m buying another one… it’s big, affordable, looks great, and was assembled with thought. Being on the road with a 32 inch monitor makes my life wayyy easier.

Large Monitor Great for Viewing

This HP monitor is a large monitor which make it great for viewing. As I've gotten older I don't see things a well as I did 20 even 10 years ago. So when I got the opportunity to pic this beauty up I didn't think twice.
Now days the use of a laptop is way more convenient, but it has it drawbacks and one of them being the size of the screen. So to combat this I opted to use a remote monitor, in comes the HP LED Full HD 31.5" monitor. It was very easy to set up and made all the difference. I paired this monitor with my laptop, wireless keyboard and mouse. To me this setup is better than any desktop could ever be due to the flexibility. It also allows me to have dual screens if needed by using the laptop screen as well.
It has proven to be great for every on in my family, because anyone can plug into it and use it for their needs. My wife and oldest uses it for college and my youngest for Highschool. I have heard nothing but great things from each one of them. Some of the comments are the screen makes everything pop, I can see things much more vividly when watching shows, Makes working on school work much easier due to sizes of screen and my eyes don't hurt like they do when using my laptop screen.
If you want to upgrade your monitor, then you can't go wrong with this HP monitor and I highly recommend it. This is by far the best addition to my home workstation.

Great HP 32" Monitor for Everyday Use
|

HP has a great option for a "large" monitor. This 32" silver and frameless monitor provides a great overall workspace for most users. The package comes with the monitor, base, rear arm, 2 connecting power cables with transformer, HDMI cable, and paperwork. The manufacturer's warranty is for 1 year.
DISCLAIMER: I am using this monitor as my main center monitor in a 3-monitor work setup. I have a 27" on the right and a 24" on the left with this 32" in the middle. I connect my closed work laptop behind this monitor and have all of my cables going through an HP Thunderbolt™ G2 120W docking station which includes 1 VGA and 2 Display ports in which I use all 3.
PROS:
---------
* Clean, crisp, and bright picture. Screen is also anti-glare, a huge plus.
* Plenty of options in the settings menu
* It includes 1 VGA and 2 HDMI ports. Some new monitors have eliminated the VGA port. This allows for more options to connect which I was able to use in my setup.
* Auto-detecting video ports
* Acceptable cable management. A plastic cover slides off the back so cables can be run inside the arm.
* Easy to put together (base, arm, monitor). Only one screw had to be adjusted with a built-in ring on the screw (no tools needed). Firm feeling base, rubber bottom.
CONS:
---------
* The power button is labeled on the front (button is on the underside) which is fine; however, there are 4 buttons to the left of the power button that are not labeled on the hardware. Once the buttons are pressed, a display will pop-up indicating what the buttons will do if pressed. That works, but maybe there could be an indicator of buttons existing under the monitor screen.
OTHER OBSERVATIONS:
------------------------------------
* The screen extends all the way to the edge; however, viewable space stops about 1/4-inch from the edge. You will have a 1/4-inch black border around the edge of the screen (see picture).
* The monitor only rocks forwards and backwards as my pictures indicate. The screen does not rotate left/right and does not go up/down. It is set at a fixed height.
* The BestBuy website indicates that the display can be customized, and one of those ways is to be able to "partition screens" using HP Display Center software. This is not possible according to an HP support specialist I chatted with, at least not for the M32f.
CONCLUSION:
============
This is not a super high-end monitor with tons of extras. It's not 4K, no HDR, not quantum dot, no USB ports, no audio ports, and no DVI input. Having said that, it is FULL HD (1080p) and has a great picture with plenty of options built into the menu. The price is not bad for this size monitor. If you need a monitor to do what a basic monitor does (has a great picture), this is a great option without all of the bells and whistles. It has a great look overall with the silver stand and its ultra-thin stance. Knowing what you get before you purchase, I'd highly recommend.

HP 32" Monitor - Serious gaming video display

HP's HD Free Sync monitor has edge to edge clarity and brightness has BLUE light filtering built in. This helps reduce eye strain.
I liked the dual inputs. HP provides a standard HDMI cable and a special display port Free Sync cable for an even better looking and responsive display. It utilizes FreeSync if your rig has an AMD Adaptive Sync card or port.
A thin black frame surrounds the display's large 31-1/2" display. It is easy to route the power and video cables through the stand post thanks to the removable back cover. The post connects the thin yet sturdy base to the back of the monitor. It is not VESA compatible but I read there are adapters out there. It might be too large for most current monitor arms anyways.
One can tilt the monitor slightly forward and about 15 degrees back to set a preferred viewing angel. No speakers, but where would they go, the display is ultra thin.
Absolutely no flicker. Sharp color rendition. Compatible with standard HDMI cables and video cards.
* Made from post consumer recycled materials. Great to say I bought an environmental friendly product. No more dumping in the ocean or landfill.

Big and Beautiful

This 31.5" HP monitor is simply fantastic. I have a 27 inch monitor of another brand that looks like they are siblings. Putting it together was one of the easier setups I have ever done for a monitor, being in IT I have done a ton of them.
Controls are on the bottom right of the monitor and are easy to find. The menu options all make perfect sense and easily navigated.
The picture quality is simply excellent. The weight of the monitor is about the same as the 27 inch sitting next to it. The extra few inches make a world of difference with the number of windows I can have open for work and still be usable.
I am very impressed with the monitor and would recommend it to anyone looking for a monitor capable of 75hz at 1920x1080.
There is no internal speaker for anyone looking for a monitor with a speaker.

Working on this without my blue light glasses is quite easy. I would say this is one of the nicest monitors to work on that I’ve used. I also really like the dimensions. When I have two documents loaded side by side, I can easily see the whole page on each one (PDF or Word) compared to normal widescreen monitors that I have to mess with the zoom feature just a tad. The screen ratio with the extra tall side is awesome to work on. If you only have one monitor, this size is absolutely amazing and will meet every need you have, if you’re into dual monitors this definitely will have some advantages as well. I do put this one is that basic monitor to get everything you need done, it has two HDMI inputs, 1 VGA, and power. I would definitely recommend this monitor if you are just in need of a nice big monitor that is easy to work and play on. The only grip I have is the plastic piece on the back that hides the cord is kind of a pain to slide back into place and is a little fragile.

Love hp monitors always easy to use and beautiful picture. I have used both edgeless and micro edge. Would very highly recommend both for double wide screen or use alone. Perfect for a laptop or desktop used for work, school, and streaming with no problems, never needed tech assistance, perfect pair with any printer and computer though my preference is always HP!

"BIG" and beautiful picture

The HP - 31.5" LED Full HD FreeSync Monitor is big enough for any use. Gaming , watching sports or movies or just paying bills this monitor has an amazing display. The FHD comes through beautifully while watching movies and the AMD FreeSync makes gaming flawless with no lag or stutters.
Unboxing and assembling the monitor is a breeze. Connect the 2 pieces of the frame with a screw then click it onto the back of the monitor. Super Easy! Hook up the HDMI cord from your computer and plug the monitor in and you are up and running.
The reason for my 4 star rating was the base. It is very sturdy but does take up a lot of room. With the back of the base against the wall the front of the base sticks out 8 1/2" onto the desk. If you have a short 19"desk like I do, the base takes up almost half the space. I would have been really happy if the HP - 31.5" LED Full HD FreeSync Monitor had the capability to be wall mounted. With the base sticking out that far the monitor actually has a 6" gap between the monitor and the wall.
With that being my only gripe about the base I do appreciate HP putting a cable manager on the base. You can hide all your cables by sliding up the cover and burying your cables in the base arm.
The monitor frame is very-very thin (Again would have been perfect for mounting) on 3 sides and a silver bottom frame with the power and picture adjustment buttons underneath. The built in HP Eye Ease is great when gaming for hours or doing school work. That works by filtering out blue light but has no impact on the vivid colors that the monitor can produce.
In closing, if your are looking for a big beautiful display with bright vivid color range, Eye Ease for comfortable viewing, and easy set up, this monitor is for you. (As long as you have a lot of desk space). One bonus that I don't actively look for in my electronics is that this monitor is made with 85% recycled product and packed in recycled packaging. Good job being environmentally friendly HP.

Great size for multitasking. Be warned though: this behemoth of a monitor has so much screen that it will light up the space you're working in! I've really enjoyed being able to snap screens and work on a larger viewing space as an upgrade. The resolution will allow you to view more browser space. The size is great for personal desks. Only issue might be monitor stand, which does not allow the monitor to turn/swivel. Not a dealbreaker though, 'cause i dont need a swiveling monitor anyways.

Purchased this monitor to connect to work laptop (Dell Latitude) to support my virtual work environment. Setup was seamless -- simply plug in the provided HDMI cord and you're all set. The monitor display has been great and it's been easy on my eyes for full work days of viewing. No lag between inputs. Have also tested iPhone to Monitor synch and that worked excellently as well -- also zero lag. Worth the purchase, especially if you prefer one large monitor instead two smaller combined.

Love the big screen. If you don't play any computer games and just want to get work/school done, then this is perfect for your daily huge screen monitor. I love the sleek design as well. I switched from a 24 inch to this 32 inch monitor, and I never regretted a second after getting this.
