The screen size is amazing and very clear. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a first, second on third monitor for your computer.

I needed a monitor for my MacBook. I already have 2 of the same monitors for my work computer, so I bought a 3rd one for my personal computer. I love them. Very clear This one I got as a "Open-box" item. A little cheaper price than the original monitors, makes it even better!

I returned this product because of the picture resolution capability. For $100-150 more I could have a smart monitor that doubles as a means of watching a smart TV at 4K. There was nothing about the quality or anything that drove me to that decision. After connecting my laptop to it, I realized it wasn't going to make me happy. It is a good monitor for the price for those less concerned about these features.

I purchased this monitor in April 2023 to make my work a bit easier instead of using my 17 inch laptop screen. I love this screen and looking at a second one to replace the monitor on my desktop computer. This screen makes working with bad eyes so much less stressful.

The monitor is thin and bright. It has an HP eye ease setting to reduce the blue light. Movies have no blur in the action. The controls are located at the bottom of the bezel out of view but easy to reach. This is not 4K but very acceptable as the images are sharp and vibrant. The size allows one to have multi documents displayed without an issue. Photos show ample detail for photography work. I have no complaints or issues with this product. I am very pleased.

Service is abysmal! I hate that the only thing I'm asked to review is the product itself. The product is fine. If there were any other electronics store available in the area, I would never shop at Best Buy ever again. If anyone in corporate cares, I'm willing to talk.
