HP all-in-one touchscreen WOW! Love it!!!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been with Apple since as long as I can remember, at least 10 years. As a current graduate student I wanted something that was not too expensive, but still got the job done. HP has allowed me to effortlessly open multiple screens as well as do split or triple screens in order to multitask. I am able to be in a virtual class and have other windows open to ensure being proactive with other assignments. Why did I purchase? My husband has an HP desktop for computer gaming. I tried his set up out and loved it. I am able to drag and drop pull my screen here and there which has prevented me from stressing over apple’s tiny buttons. Bonus: when I bought this HP all in one desktop, I had no clue it was touchscreen. For a month I did my work, not knowing the touchscreen abilities until my daughter came over and tapped a link on the screen. My mouth dropped! Not only does it have a camera which you can tuck away. But also allows you to sign in with your face, take pictures and more. But it also is touchscreen. My jump drive is plugged in the back and I was able to switch out the keyboard and mouse that came with the set, for a keyboard and mouse that I had already bought to match my set up. As a graduate student, a mother, and a wife this allows me to do everything needed at this season in my life. I am so glad I bought this desktop. Love it!!!!

Purchase to replace an aging desktop HP PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Our HP Pavilion PC was so old that when Windows 10 is no longer supported, our PC could not upgrade to accept newer versions. So as a Best Buy Total Tech member, my focus went first to their local store. I asked one of their associates to advise me and differentiate on the capabilities of their options. We are most happy with our decision and enjoying our new PC!

HP AIO with a small footprint to place anywhere
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am liking all the new technology with PC components making them fit into a smaller and smaller frame. Nowadays with All-In-Ones (AIO) like this new HP, you could not tell if it is a fully functional PC or just a plain ol monitor. This PC is excellent for placing anywhere you could fit a 24" screen or even in like a dorm to be a TV substitute. HP is taking great care for the environment claiming to use recycled cardboards for packaging and recycled plastics and metals for the PC itself. Setup out of the box is easy and completely tool-less. You screw the stand to the arm using the hand tightening screw on the bottom of the stand, then you insert the arm to the rear of the monitor until you hear a click. Take it out and place it where you want. Super simple. The included keyboard and mouse are wireless and while not the flashiest nor feature rich, they do feel solid and comfortable for daily use. Note that the receiver for the wireless is inside the mouse so make sure you locate and plug it in. Another personal thing for me was the base stand. Nothing wrong with build quality, but I don't understand why there is a gray(ish)? felt material on it. At first I believed it to be protection packaging and tried to peel it, but I quickly found out that it is the design. One thing I did not like was the build quality. Yes using eco friendly materials are excellent, the screen where it attaches to the arm is a weak point causing a LOT of wobbling. The 24' screen is adjustable for height and tilt but no rotation. Screen is a pretty IPS panel, but another point I did not like was QC here as I had 2 points on the screen with some bad edge light bleeding. During bright content, it is no problem, but when viewing darker colors, it is really noticeable. The included and attached speakers are really good. Watching Youtube, steaming music and even watching movies were better than adequate. It is one of the rare times I would say you don't need external speakers or headsets to substitute. Performance is good right out of the box. I do recommend and highly suggest deleting a massive amount of useless bloatware to free up space and system performance. Namely McAfee and a whole suite of HP apps. PC is great for web browsing, content creation and consumption, streaming and even workloads. Webcam is surprising great and loved it when video calling my family. Just know, and I hope anyone looking, knows this is not a gaming PC so do not try. Light titles were fine, but no point in installing Steam/Epic lol. AIO uses AMD for both CPU and GPU processing. Which actually surprises me as HP is touting this AIO for AI use, but we all know, if you want/need AI, you go NVIDIA. Nothing against AMD as the AIO fulfilled all my daily use needs just fine. 16GB of DDR5 RAM is more than enough for these specs, but in my opinion, they should at least gone 1TB for storage instead of 512GB. While there is a large market of AIO's out there, I would rank this particular unit in the mid level. It's not bad at all, but it isn't the best nor does anything stand out on it to make it shine, especially at it's price point. If on sale, then the price to performance value will look a little more attractive, but not at the 1k msrp. That paired with it's flimsy stand and QC on the light bleeding would make me shop around longer to see what's out there. Who knows, maybe you might win the QC lottery and get an amazing unit.

HP All-in-One... Almost great!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP CoPilot+ Touch-Screen All-in-One (24-ct2024) is a good middle ground All-in-One PC. It comes with enough specs to land it in the middle of the pack and leave you not wanting for upgrades right away with its Ryzen AI 5 APU, 16GB of ram and 512GB of storage. It came packed well but it was weirdly packaged jumping around from box to box to get everything setup, although it was a one-time issue I feel they could've made it more straightforward. They also made some design decisions such as the soft felt like texture on the base of the stand that I assume was meant to make it so you can store your items on top of it without worrying about scratching it. This fabric will hold up well to everything except for spills as it looks very absorbent! The webcam features the easy Windows Hello sign in feature and you can pull it up or push back down manually. The fan noise can be kind of high, it doesn't kick up most of the time but when it does it does have a noticeable audio signature. I lowered of the Windows profiles to tone down some of the performance for the sake of noise, but HP does not provide anything that is obvious to adjust or to aid in this. By default, the graphics only shares 512MB of ram, so I adjusted that in the AMD software to use 4GB of ram but you can go up to 8GB. The screen touch ability works great and the panel itself gets decently bright. The audio from the speakers is nothing to write home about but you do have the option of a 3.5mm headphone jack on the back or using a USB-sound card to break out the sound. Typing on the keyboard and using the mouse was great they are both wireless and serviceable. All in all, HP's 24-ct2024 is a great All-In-One is a great mesh of build quality, design and performance that may be a little rough around the edges but doesn't have any real deal breakers.

Solid AIO PC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Shopping for a personal computer has never been more exciting than it is now. I was looking around for a new family PC and I found it. My family and I are Windows users and it is a smooth experience especially since my children also are heavily invested in the ecosystem. :::General Thoughts::: I was excited to receive my new PC, opening the box it is a fun experience assembling the pc was as simple as it gets, I attached the arm and base and plugged everything in and voila and got to setting up Windows 11 moments later. It is relatively easy to get everything up and running with the family account on Windows I was able to add my children’s accounts and then restore some important files using one drive. I like using Windows Hello and I see that the facial recognition has gotten better, the built-in webcam is manual and I appreciate that especially since this is the family computer and my kids use it as well and they are not as careful as I am. This device is solid and slim, there is plenty of USB ports and an HDMI port, and is snappy I have not experienced any slowdown. It does well with everyday use, we use office, my children play Roblox and that is not demanding and runs well as you would expect. The base has a good weight to it and there is no fear of it toppling over. The speakers are good and do not sound like a tin can, the display is bright & responsive. The included keyboard and mouse are decent and get the job done. My kids are really into the whole AI thing and they utilize copilot and use the apps that edit photos. I am not good with those apps or have much interest in photo editing although I do occasionally use copilot it is more helpful at times in comparison to its competitors. Pro tip the usb dongle for the keyboard and mouse is inside the mouse be sure to remove the cover and you will find the dongle there it took me a few minutes to figure out but I eventually did. :::Pros & Cons::: Pros: - Lightweight - Sleek - Easy to setup and use - Everything you need is in the box - Speakers are plenty loud - Display is good - AMD version is great and does what you require. Cons: - I do not have any complaints :::Closing thoughts::: Overall, I am very pleased with how far computers have improved, I would never have imagined that an All in one would be as small and fast as this is. If my children do not destroy this, I should not need another any time soon. I am very pleased with this device and it meets our needs as a family pc and best of all you will not need to spend an absorbent amount of money on this. :::TL;DR::: I needed a family pc and this was very appealing it did not disappoint and it meets our needs; it is a solid HP device. Check this one out or a variant of this if you prefer an Intel version.

Powerful, Sleek, and Perfect for Work + School
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently got the HP Copilot+ PC 24" All-in-One, and it’s been a game-changer. The display is large, sharp, and the touch-screen makes navigation super smooth. The adjustable height stand is a small detail, but it makes a big difference for comfort during long study or work sessions. Performance-wise, the AMD Ryzen AI 5 processor with 16GB of DDR5 memory handles multitasking easily—I can run research, video calls, and creative tools at the same time without lag. The 512GB SSD gives plenty of fast storage. I especially like the clean design; it looks modern on my desk and takes up less space than a traditional desktop setup. Perfect balance of style and functionality. Would I recommend this? Absolutely—especially for students and professionals who need power, efficiency, and a reliable machine for both work and personal use.

HP 23.8 inch All-in-One Desktop Next Gen AI PC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really excited to experience the new AMD Ryzen AI 300 series processor in this HP 23.8 inch All-in-One Desktop Next Gen AI PC. I'm happy to say, AMD delivers on a well performing computer bundled into an easy to setup All in One. Unfortunately, the fun stops here with AMD. HP has chosen to put one of the most well rounded CPUs on the market in 2025 into technology that feels about 20 years old and extremely underwhelming. This computer is essentially a monitor, with laptop internals inside, removing the need for a traditional tower. The 23.8" screen, while bigger than a laptop screen, is minuscule in terms of what other monitors are available in the market today. HP also decided to use a 1080p HD LCD in this system. This is about as minimum as anyone would be able to go. With displays hitting 8k now, and the general availability of 4k displays, there is little arguments to be made to continue to manufacture and use 1080p displays in 2025. Not only is this resolution poor, the black levels and clouding you get on this display is abysmal. It's like HP found the cheapest and worst performing LCD that still exists and decided to pair that with the brilliance of AMD's new AI CPUs. It simply doesn't make any sense. Color accuracy is decent, colors appears mostly accurate with little to no manual calibration needed. Moving on to the top of the computer there is a pop up camera. It's nice that HP allows this to hide inside the monitor for privacy sake, or for users who do not need a camera. The video quality on this 1080p camera is also abysmal. Picture is highly grainy in darker lighting and this does absolutely nothing to account for darker rooms. When enough light is present, video is blurry and undefiled. Again, HP chose to use what feels like bare minimum here. This camera does work rather well using Windows Hello to log into the system, beyond basic video chats with friends and family, this is the only other use case for such a poor camera. I would never consider using this at a professional environment. The back of the computer houses yet again, old technology. We have a total of 4 USB A ports. 2 of which are slower 2.0 spec while the other 2 are higher speed, but yet still, USB A. HP has chosen to ONLY include 1 newer USB C port. in 2025, it should have been 4 USB C ports and 1 USB A. Accompanying these ancient USB standards, there is a headphone jack and a ethernet port. Lastly, the power adaptor plugs into the back as well. The entire thing stands on a very odd stand with a layer of grey felt on the top. I thought this was initially packaging material before I realized it was not easily removable and all marketing pictures include this felt piece. Why does this exist? This is only going to absorb dirty and grime overtime and serves literally no purpose. HP bundles a keyboard and mouse with this All in One. Again, bare minimum here too. Both peripherals require batteries., neither are rechargeable. The keyboard is not ergonomic in any way and key travel feels pretty lack luster. I actually had difficulty typing on it. The mouse is also extremely flat with sharp edges making it too, not ergonomic and hard to use. Both of these should be considered trash and replaced with something far better. The only upside to these peripherals is that they are wireless, however, require the use of a included USB A dongle. The only reason to get excited about this computer is the AMD AI 5 340 processor. This thing is super fast and responsive. Being an "AI" processor, this unlocks the AI capabilities of Windows 11, such as recall, image creator tools, advanced CoPilot function, etc. This new processor also includes a Radeon 840M graphics chip which does allow the use of playing some moderate quality games. I was able to run Counter Strike 2 at medium settings hitting about 60 FPS. This CPU comes close to matching other, far more premium computers/laptops on the market today in 2025, making this the sole reason this computer can even compete with anything else. In summary, this is a pretty terrible computer with it's only saving grace being the AMD AI CPU. The rest of it is set nearly in technology dark ages and aside from being a smaller, easy to setup in the corner of a kitchen or bedroom, there isn't much reason to consider this machine. There is better hardware in Chromebooks at even less of an asking price, and for $1,000 there are even significantly better laptops. I fail to see who the audience is for such a machine and really wish HP would have used a little more innovation and modern hardware to accompany the otherwise impressive CPU.

Surprisingly versatile PC
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This HP Copolit+ PC has carved a unique space for itself in my home, feeling less like a traditional computer and more like an active, functional part of my environment. The touchscreen display is key to this feeling. I find myself using it for so many little tasks throughout my day, especially when I’m moving around the house and don’t want to interrupt what I’m doing to sit down at my main desk. It's incredibly convenient for quick look-ups or interactions. It's great as a media controller; it's often playing music or podcasts for me while I'm cooking, cleaning, or exercising. My only real dilemma is deciding exactly where it should live, because its versatility means it could play a central role in several different rooms. What surprised me most is its portability for something that’s an "all-in-one." It’s lightweight enough that it can travel with me, which has been incredibly handy for the trivia quizzes I host. I use it as a display to allow people to sign in or sign up, and it’s also served as a reliable backup display when a venue doesn't have a projector or monitor. It’s not a huge device, but having it readily available for those situations has proven to be very practical. The only real detractor is that I’m not entirely sold on the Copilot/AI companion functionality. I want to be clear that I’m not an AI skeptic; I use several LLM tools regularly for both work and hobbies. But I just haven't quite clicked with the AI integration on this machine. It feels like I need to dedicate time to truly learn and train myself to make the most of it, and at this stage of the product lifecycle, that’s not something I’m eager to do. There are clearly many thoughtful design choices made for this integration, so I feel like I might be leaving some of the computer’s best potential on the table by not fully engaging with it. Despite those current reservations, it's an exceptionally useful and versatile addition to my tech arsenal. If you're looking for a flexible device that bridges the gap between a laptop and a desktop, serving as a dynamic hub for various household tasks and even light travel, this HP Copilot+ PC is definitely worth considering.

Love it! Only one flaw...
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love this HP All-in-One. Wanted touch screen, and this was a great price at $699, (Memorial day sale). It is everything I wanted to replace old desktop w/tower. Not too sure why the base is felt, I'll be extra careful not to have spills. There are times using the touch screen is much faster than moving your mouse. Fast, quick, does what it should. Windows 11 can be a pain to deal w/small changes, but the hardware works as it should. No problems except for one very annoying FLAW: I have to yell loudly for microphone to recognize/hear my request as compared to outside mic peripheral I used on old desktop. That being said, still works fine for Video chats.

Problem with awakening from sleep mode.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love it for the most part, but after having to take the unit back to Best Buy because I couldn't get the microphone to work and the Geek Squad guy discovering that the microphone was disabled, and now, having an issue that the unit that is set to go into sleep mode, seems to freeze overnight so that I can't "awaken" it and can't restart it with the on/off button. Rather I have to unplug the power source and plug it back in to get it to work again. The unity makes a strange noise during that process. Do I need to have it checked out again?

Excelente product
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this desktop a few weeks ago, and it has been amazing so far. The setup was super easy, and the computer started up quickly right out of the box. It runs very smoothly, even when I have multiple windows open for work, streaming, or browsing. The speed is honestly better than I expected. Apps open fast, there’s no lag, and the system stays quiet even when I’m multitasking. The build quality also feels solid and well made—not cheap or fragile like some desktops in this price range. One thing I really appreciate is how stable it is. I use Microsoft Office, email, and several work programs at the same time, and everything runs without freezing. The fan is quiet, and the desktop doesn’t heat up too much. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. If you need a reliable desktop for work, school, or everyday tasks, this one is definitely worth it.
