First, the printer will not work on 5. GHz network to install. If you do not have or do not how ro connect to 2.5 GHz DO NOT buy this printer. Second after 2+ hours I finally got it to work only to find out you have subscribe to print service in order to print. I had an HP printer, I know how ro load ink cartridges. I could not on this printer. Best Buy has really good no-hassle return policy. Bought a Cannon instead, from Best Buy. took all of 20 minutes to get working. Buy Cannon instead of this one.

It works perfectly well and is worth the price for this nice cozy printer.

You only get around 65 pages on a 40 dollar “xl” ink cartridge and that’s on draft mode to save ink, you can’t use 3rd party ink to save money. This company preys on the consumer. Buy a Brother brand printer, do your research. Do not buy anything branded HP like I did.

I didn't keep it for long. I don't think it's work the price for replacing the ink. I went with a laser printer instead

Did not work for my daughter. Nor sure why it did not work. When rhe first one did not work, we returned it. When the new one was shipped to my daughter, it did not work either.

Wife was not happy with this printer at all, paper loads from the back and jams paper does not stay clean while your are not using printer. Could not figure out how to scan with this all in one. so have disconnected and and brought HP Envy Inspire 7900e all in one. She is much happier.

This printer was stolen from my doorstep!!! Fedex driver never care to ring the bell so my wife could get it. I had to purchase another one because nobody solve my problem

It did not come with instructions. Hardly came with paper. No instructions on how to get +1 Bonus Month of Ink w/Code) I have no idea what that all means. Maybe its due to fact that I'm 80 years old and do understand instructions that I can read in front of me. Hope you can help.

I have had several HP Printers in the past and they all worked well until their new instant ink printers. Stay away from these at all costs! The moment you stop using instant ink, even if you buy brand new HP (None instant ink) tanks the printer becomes buggy, disconnects from WiFi, and won’t print reliably. I have been with HP tech support multiple times and they say it’s due to the fact I’m using instant ink anymore. I recommend Epson or Canon and will not buy HP again.

I bought this hp printer and it says that it has a free 3 month ink anyway. There was a 1 colored ink the small one and 1 black ink small also. So i chat the customer service actually i talk to 4 people they keep me turn to another agent. Any the person sa if i run out of toner there 3 month supply... but still not free i need to pay 1.49 and it depend on how many pages to need it. So where is free then?
