Easy set up and great price. It came right to my door. Loved making this purchase.

Worked well I would say for a solid year. After wards just would not print properly. I did everything from cleaning it from the inside, realigning and ensuring it had new cartridges but just no longer worked at all. Customer service was very difficult to navigate when trying to address the issue. It's an affordable printer but it mat be worth spending more to get something that will last longer.

Honestly, the price and ease of use are incredible with this printer. However, I keep getting billed for instant ink, even though I haven’t used this printer in a long time and have canceled the subscription. Quite annoying, I would recommend getting a slightly more expensive printer that does not require some sort of subscription service.

IMPORTANT! When buying this HP product, be aware that it ties you to HP's Instant Ink service, which is currently under a class lawsuit for artificially high prices. The product will not work with third-party ink. If any associated product is faulty, you will likely be blamed after spending hours resetting, testing, and sending photos to customer service. I received an incorrect mailing address for the return and endured over 20 emails to resolve it. After countless hours and over a hundred dollars spent, the faulty product was "lost." Management “GENEROUSLY” offered me a compensation from a list of cheaply produced unneeded items. This is not an isolated incident; HP customer service is notoriously poor. Read reviews and threads for more information all over the internet.

Ink replacement is very high. Print quality is fair for documents. I wound never use it to print a photo. Great for a college student that does all their work on a computer and never needs to print anything.

Worked for about 2 weeks before i decided to throw it out. The first week went fine but the 2nd week it kept freezing after every print job. What pushed me to throw it out was it continuously printed the same page over and over even with no upcoming print job. Clicked cancel about 100 times just for it to keep trying to print the same page. I unplugged the power and plugged it back in and it went right back to printing that same page. Unplugged it and threw it out. Wasnt worth the frustration for as much as it cost

I was just informed that I won’t be able use the free trial ink cartridges that I received when I initially purchased the printer, if I don’t continue my subscription after the 3 months trial. So exactly what was free? Was it the three months of them not charging my card?

I would not recommend this printer for anything - the set up process alone has been trash. I contacted support to receive assistance in setting up and was told that I will need to get a membership to receive support as if purchasing the product was not support. Horrendous experience and waste of time - will be returning product today

Printers are a huge hasstle to connect (and im very tech savvy), service is garbage. It’s a scam..then you try and cancel and they charge you again for good riddance and block you from using the ink they sent you through their scammy subscription.

Worst printer ive ever purchased. Not easy to use or connect to, and requires a subscription to USE THE PRINTER I PAID FOR. Will never buy another HP product.

Do not buy HP I have bought only from this company for 25 years. The instant ink program complicated my ability to print regularly. HP does not make reliable equipment anymore.

It prints one side only! If you need a printer that prints both sides this is not for you

Attempted several times to turn on the printer but no matter which outlet the printer was plugged in to, it never turned on. Even went as far as to plug it in to an outlet in a completely different household and still did not work.

SCAM ALERT! You need an ink subscription to use the printer. If you aren't enrolled in the Instant Ink subscription they brick your printer. They don't make that clear when you buy it. Don't buy an HP Instant Ink printer

Never comes out if sleep mode. Have to unplug and replug it backin to print every time.

HP is garbage at best. Get something else instead of this.
