Works good. Came with 3 months of extra ink. App didn’t install correctly on the Mac first time, but just needed to delete printer from list and re-add and everything works great. Can’t beat the price.

Scanner only worked during the initial set up, and now everything is connected and working, but it says offline and will not scan. I am tech savvy and have performed all of the trouble shooting step and it still does not work. It does print nicely and I do like the auto ink shipment options. I do not like that you have to use an app to operate the scanner and other functions.

The size is good, but the Control Panel is difficult to see but at least it is there on the outside of the printer. Good for printing and making copies.

The printer works fine. The one thing I would advise you though is to include the patch cord for a hard wired connection. My work in security and my preferance is not to allow nearby neighbors to have access to possibly hack into my business. I was delayed in use while I ordered one for myself.

My old printer was not working so I had to purchase another. I picked this HP cause I have had great success with HP in the past. This is an excellent printer for what I use and need it for.

HP Deskjet 2855e wireless AL - Enabled all in one printer has worked for me many years. My old one died so went to Best Buy & bought same one. When something serves you well -just continue with it.

I like the size and the print copies are great. I had some difficulties getting it set up so that it would print from my Chromebook.

Great for at home printing, you do have to replace the ink quite often but overall super easy to use and set up

It works for the most basic need. I wouldn’t try to get anything high-tech out of it even if it says it will do it on the second print a print job got stuck and I had to do some green screen weird IT stuff to get it unstuck way outside of stuff I know how to do that I feel I shouldn’t have had to do to print a paper

Love it. Works great and it was very economical. I highly recommend it.the printer is fast and the colors don’t smear. I’m not tech savvy and was able to setup and connect to my devices.

Great printer for the price thank you so much best buy! Not really a high earner here so very nice to get a cheap awesome printer! I picked it up after I finished working at 5. Very quick and simple easy one, no line in and out in 5 mins. Great job guys!

My old printer was starting to give out, so I was looking for a new cheap printer. The setup is very easy. The only thing I don't like about it is that I have to download an app. For use, it's very simple. Even my parents, who aren't good with tech, can print stuff with ease.

Works greak for my needs! Also Wireless ! Easy to connect with the quick guide.

We bought this smaller printer specifically to use in the conference room at the funeral home. It works great to quick print while meeting with our families. Easily connects to wifi for simple document printing and copying
