The printer has been a great purchase. Prints great. Easy to set up.

Had problems with set up and am now having problems with both paper feed and printer connection. Disappointed. I know it's not an expensive printer but I've always had ones like this. Never had so many problems before.

Works smoothly and efficiently, I enjoy that it is wireless.

Disappointed. Purchased to replace a 4630 HP. Software for scanning is so basic, no thought or effort put into the software. It will print via usb but not over WiFi. It did print once from WiFi. Returning to store find a better model. I’d find a better printer that offers some scanning software. W11, Linux computers already have printer software.

Good printer that meets my needs at a good price. Liked the HP Insta Ink promotion with 3+1 free months.

Great printer, quiet and prints great. Can also scan and make copies.

This is the perfect printer for my home use and especially for the price. The print is nice and clear and the printer is easy to use. I have not tried the mobile ‘fax’ on it however to see how it works.

Best Buy made the purchase very easy and seemless. The printer itself was not user friendly, I struggled thru the quick setup instructios, and ran into several steps that lacked enough detail to accomplish them. I asked my son who is an IT at General Battery to help me to get it working. He also struggled with it. Had to call on hp support.

Smaller size was a big plus factor. Needed to fit in my limited desk space, and it did. One of the smallest combos in the market.

Worth every penny. I always purchased inexpensive printers so this one was much more expensive than any printer I have ever purchased. Easy to set up and prints beautifully every time.

Well priced for its limited functions. The paper load is too small, the ink cartridges run out too quickly, two sided copies require a manual flip and the Bluetooth connection to my iPhone often needs a reboot. But for short, single side copying and scanning for low volume users, the price is worth the purchase and it performs exceptionally for its price class.

I find this printer to be sufficient for my personal needs here at home. With help from the help center I was able to set it up for use. I really like it

Does the job for me. My last printer was a hp all in one. It still works well, but I had to upgrade as I bought a new computer.

The the tech guys came in. They did a great job and Moor. I would just like to have them recognize. They did a wonderful job. Keep up the good work.
