    This was very difficult to navigate the device. It took many attempts to scan- the network would not connect properly. Print became an issue too- I had a much easier time with old brother printer. After over a month of problems- I was able to print through the device network- but I have to connect to network and disconnect from internet. I even bought a wire to connect manually- no luck there either. I am unable to connect other devices. The instant ink never came even after I signed up for feee trial.

    Had problems with set up and am now having problems with both paper feed and printer connection. Disappointed. I know it's not an expensive printer but I've always had ones like this. Never had so many problems before.

    I got this and it is so Great and easy to use in my library because some months i have to print a lot and some months little so sending the free ink for 3 monts made it even better

    I was disappointed with this printer bought it because its HP like the instaink feature but it's hard to get the printer to wake up

    This is actually a cool feature. The printer communicates with the inknsupplier and auto ships. The ink cartridges are also about one quarter the cost.
