    Had to use HP help to add printer to computer. HP HELP messed up my computer and printer. And printer HP 3000 and then printer 4255, Full story...HP asked for money to update drivers. Asked for debit card and within minutes HP used my card for scam and purchases out of state. WILL NEVER TRUST HP OR ANY HP PRODUCT AGAIN......

    Over six hours on the phone as the provided ink cartridge failed and then the printer would not complete set-up. We literally had ten phone calls to get the issues resolved. We were disconnected abruptly on three of the calls after long hold times and in the middle of troubleshooting. Printer seems OK but woe to anyone who has a setup problem.

    Didn't like getting computer "GEEK" needed to set up ref, WIFI to my system which I didn't understand. Salesman should have explained !

    I was not satisfied with my purchase. The printer cord doesn’t securely connect to the printer. It disconnects at the slightest movement. Also, the response time to print is a little delayed. However, it was economical with a $10 reward discount.

    Best Buy service is above par. Their products are so affordable, Good quality and very long lasting. Case in point I bought a Samsung tablet in 2019 and it’s still Top of the line and I cannot buy a new one cause this one refuses to die. The printer is so easy to set up and the help techs are always ready to help

    Probably the worst printer I have ever had. Double sided pages have to be turned over manually. Entire page doesn't always print. Does not hold enough paper. Would definitely return if it wasn't past the return time.

    My HP Printer went after 10 years so I went immediately to Best Buys website. I saw this one on sale checked out the features,specs and reviews and decided to buy it. So far so good, it works well and does what I need it to do.
