    Old and low-tech: I've been stressed after learning this product affords no way for me to scan a document without using my MacBook. My previous model had touch-pad commands I used that sent the process wherever I chose to enter.

    Bought for my home, got tired of running to Staples or OfficeMax for copies. The copies come out, clean and crisp and quick. However, after about five copies, the printer gets confused and the brain freezes and won’t print anymore until I shut it off. Haven’t had a chance to call the Geek Squad yet since it’s Christmas, but I will be calling them shortly. Other than that ink is very easy to change. Paper is very easy to install. If I could get just get this to Flo better I’m sure I’m going to really enjoy this winter.
