I was very excited when this went on sale. It has all the most current specs that I was looking for but I feel like it kind of missed its mark. Pros: - Hugely powerful - Premiumish build quality - Great price! Cons: - Too large and heavy - For its size it should have a more robust build. I felt like it could bend under its own weight when I would pick it up with one hand. - Huge barrel power brick Honestly came down to the size of this laptop. I think it's going to be a great fit for many many people just not if portability is even slightly on your list.

If anyone knows anything about gaming laptops, its that they do not EVER look as sophisticated and business like as this. They always have a gamer look that to the average consumer looks tacky. This laptop was done perfectly in a way that packs a great GPU while still looking like a laptop meant for business like environments. Just got done with playing a few hours of Red Dead Redemption 2 and it did phenomenal. Highly recommend if this helps anyone. Will say you need to get used to the weight as it is around 5 pounds I believe.

Bought this for our college bound son! It is sleek, fast and has the ability to handle my sons engineering work load with additional gig storage.

Got this monster of a laptop on sale and couldn’t be happier. Runs a little warm when gaming but it wasn’t anything a cooling pad didn’t fix. Would not hesitate to buy again.

Solid laptop at the sale price, runs all the programs I need it to efficiently, does get hot when heavy gaming is involved.

It is very responsive. The color is vibrant. I love the light up keyboard. The screen is a high quality.

Computer is very fast. Color and picture definition is brilliant. HP has out done them selves with 16 gb of ram and a tb of ssd storage.

This is the best laptop money can buy. It's a powerhouse and super upgrade friendly. I upgraded mine to 64GB ram and 3TB storage.

I first ordered another brand i9 laptop and it kept crashing and was constantly running hot. So I returned it and while looking for another great i9 laptop, I found this GEM. OMG. I absolutely LOVE this laptop. It is extremely fast and has a beautiful display. I am running a software to convert from different music formats and it’s extremly fast on this laptop comparing to my older i7 Lenovo Y520. I highly recommend this laptop. Few of my coworkers have already purchased this same laptop and they love it too.

It's been a month that I am using this laptop and my view about this laptop is incredible.. This laptop has everything in it( it we ignore the finger print sensor) The audio quality is awesome..touch screen works so fine ..Game experience is very good.. battery backup is very good. Speed and multi tasking works well even at peak performance. People who are ok with big screen laptops can just opt this without any second thought. The only drawback I found is the shaky screen
