The best desktop ever

My husband was skeptical because it’s an all in one and he was content with his desktop he has. It’s a little pricey but it’s worth every cent. My husband will it stay off this desktop since he bought it and he loves it. He messes with his music and it does the job that he wants done to whatever he’s doing on it. Did I mention that it charges your phone. The sound is amazing, everything about this desktop is amazing and it’s super fast.

Did not work straight out of the box

I should have paid attention to that review than the others. I plugged it in and the only thing that came on the screen were the options to brighten the screen, change the color, or get product information. I chatted with the Geek Squad tech, who tried helping me but ultimately advised me to contact the manufacturer. I did and got their chat bot at first that tried to walk me through rebooting it. Didn't work. Then I got an actual tech who tried the same thing. He finally admitted there was a hardware issue and I would need to send it off to be repairs. No, not a brand new computer. Taking it right back to Best Buy.
