Constantly loses connection and you have to restart

I got this Envy 6155e wireless printer because I needed a small printer that could be used for what printing I did at home on my computer equipped with a Hallmark Card Program that designs original cards to my specifications. It was hard learning the way to print on it because it was by far more updated than the simple HP printer I had that went out. After several conversations with AI and Best Buy personnel I have become more confident in using the printer to my needs. The printer prints on both sides of the paper so as to cut down on waste and it adjusts to what size paper you are using easily. Changing paper size is also fairly easy and the insides of the printer tray adjusts to the size of paper I insert in it to print. I have been able to print envelopes for my card program and this made me very happy to know that I will be able to continue making cards, printing them and then printing an envelope to mail that card with. As I get more and more adjusted to how to change all the directions needed to print, I will be very happy that I have purchased this printer for my home use.

Geek Squad set up copier at my home . After a few uses it “froze” . I can’t even turn it ON . I should have had taken in older copier for repair !

It is very difficult to set to email so you scan and email documents

Would return if we could! Loses WIFI connection daily. After a reset, it still doesn't always connect to all the devices. Do not buy this. Spend your money elsewhere

This printer is awful and stopped connected within a few months of having it. The hp support sucks too, you would think after paying 100 bucks for a PRINTER it would at least PRINT.

It was a pain to set up and connected to WiFi and devices. It didn't stay connected to devices. Ink was basically out after 5 pages. If what you are printing has minimal anything on the page, ink might last longer.

This is the worst printer ever! Please don’t waste your money. You honestly get what you pay for with this one!

Very difficult to print and scan using the HP application. Printer constantly loses the internet connection.

Wouldn’t connect with the laptop. Should be more intuitive for the technically challenged.

HP - Envy 6155e Wireless All-in-One Inkjet Printer overall a very good printer. Overview: LED Screen is very sharp, doesn't adjust to a vertical viewing angle, flat on the left side of the paper holder. Not a big deal since it is a very clear and bright screen. Packaging. Really good packaging for sure. It is a very consolidated box and everything is very secured inside of the box. I was very impressed with the footprint of the printer which is not as bulky and tall as previous versions of this printer. Hardware and setup: Hardware is very durable, nothing felt cheap. Lid to the scanner area is very durable feeling. Setup was a breeze, add the HP Smart app on your phone and on the laptop/pc and the software will step you through the process completely. Installing print cartridges was easy as well, pretty standard ink cartridges. Software: Printing software has many options and allows for various use cases. HP Smart software is very robust and easy to use interface. Printing quality: Quality of materials I printed was very clear and precise. the alignment was typical print the alignment sheet, scan and view results. 100% on spot. Definitely recommend this printer for all aspects especially the foot print.

Garbage Product. Bought this, set up, and it does not work. HP Smart is also garbage.

I have another HP PRINTER that is way older and it works 10 times better than this new version. Very disappointed ☹️

Can not load the ink cartridges to get it to work. Poor instructions.

It printed one copy, then jammed! The return was accepted without any problems.

Paper jams every few pages, connectivity issues with my mac laptop, power cord comes unplugged easily
