I had a little difficulty connecting it initially. It didn't print from the computer. Still trying to figure it out. The print I did get was a copy document.

Great printer/scanner

This go connected easily and prints and scans like a champ. I highly recommend.

SATISFYING PURCHASE

I was especially interested in scanning to file and the interface is very robust. Digital display on the unit itself is intuitive and, therefore, easy to follow. Be aware if you have prior HP devices and were not using HP Smart, you will need to remove all drivers/programs before installing HP Smart. Enjoy!

Great Printer

The printouts are nice and sharp. At first, my family members had trouble printing from their computers to my printer. I had to uninstall the printer and reinstall it, and now they're able to print as well. This printer is definitely an upgrade from my old HP Envy 5540 (if I remember the model correctly)!

The sales associate was EXTREMELY helpful and patient in explaining which one he thought would best suit my needs.

My old HP printer finally gave it up and this is a perfect replacement. I'm not a techie and the ease of setup and use is truly appreciated. Being able to print and scan is easier on this printer, plus paper and ink loading is more convenient. Overall, a best buy for me.

Not sure about ink capacity just yet, but so far it looks easy to replace as well. Very satisfied with HP and their printers, a very trusted brand.
