It is easy to set up printer. It is reliable. It provides all of our printing needs. I am grateful the sales associate recommended it.

Easy to set up and easy to use but I didn't like that I had to download the app and use that for set up. I don't need 100apps and desktop applications. I would prefer to just do everything on the printer itself. Photo printer prints well and I like that there are 2 shelfs, one for paper and one for photo paper

I purchased this photo printer for sticker paper and cardstock paper...so far so good...prints very quickly and it takes up to 80lb paper. I make alot of cards and other projects needing these kinds of papers.

Good printer, easy setup. Scanner on the other hand is a bit grainy, would have liked this to be a more clearer finished document.

So far, the printer is working as I expected it to. I like the size, the color, and the pictures print very well. I also like the Instant Ink!

I bought this printer after i gave up on Epson. Easy to connect and works fine.

Had to replace my older HP printer. I had tried other printers in the past and always found HP to be a better choice. I gave it 4 stars because set up took longer than expected, had to go through process 4 times before it finally connected. No issues with performance other than that, everything else was easy. So far printer is working fine. They changed the hard wire port connection which I like to have in case internet goes down, I can still print things I work on. So have to order new connection to hard wire it.

I’m so happy for choosing this printer. The quality is incredible. Setup was easy. I use my printer primarily for photos.

Easy to install drivers on HP Laptop or iphone for wireless printing. Photo quality is excellent and no more using CVS photo print service.

Bought this to replace my previous Envy. I had a love/hate relationship with the 7855 because every new MAC update brought problems until things got sorted. Seems HP has addressed that by switching to an App. That works well, but requires that I print only from the app now instead of direct from the printer, which is reason for 4 stars. I only do a few photos, but needed feeder, legal, duplex & scanning, so Envy was still the best all-in-one option for my needs. Set up was a breeze. So far so good….

This is the third HP printer I have had. I love it. I print a lot of photos and so far I am very impressed with this printer.

Easy set up, performance as expected. I purchase the same HP Envy photo printer from Best Buy whenever mine needs replacement.

We noticed our old HP printer started to streak, so we got this. Such an improvement we decided to get one for Mother-in-law.

Prints slower text than I was accustomed to. Photo quality is good. Appears ink cost is going to be a issue. Best Buy rep suggested I get a tank printer. Should have listened.

works fine. easy to use and easy to setup. only to ink cartridges needed and provides good color and two sided printing.

I bought this printer to replace my old HP 7800 printer. It has the same features that I liked in my old printer. Set up was very easy.
