Had to replace my older HP printer. I had tried other printers in the past and always found HP to be a better choice. I gave it 4 stars because set up took longer than expected, had to go through process 4 times before it finally connected. No issues with performance other than that, everything else was easy. So far printer is working fine. They changed the hard wire port connection which I like to have in case internet goes down, I can still print things I work on. So have to order new connection to hard wire it.

This is the third HP printer I have had. I love it. I print a lot of photos and so far I am very impressed with this printer.

Bought this to replace my previous Envy. I had a love/hate relationship with the 7855 because every new MAC update brought problems until things got sorted. Seems HP has addressed that by switching to an App. That works well, but requires that I print only from the app now instead of direct from the printer, which is reason for 4 stars. I only do a few photos, but needed feeder, legal, duplex & scanning, so Envy was still the best all-in-one option for my needs. Set up was a breeze. So far so good….

Easy set up, performance as expected. I purchase the same HP Envy photo printer from Best Buy whenever mine needs replacement.

We noticed our old HP printer started to streak, so we got this. Such an improvement we decided to get one for Mother-in-law.

Prints slower text than I was accustomed to. Photo quality is good. Appears ink cost is going to be a issue. Best Buy rep suggested I get a tank printer. Should have listened.

Prints very well and I appreciate all of the features that are available on the printer.

I bought this printer to replace my old HP 7800 printer. It has the same features that I liked in my old printer. Set up was very easy.

works fine. easy to use and easy to setup. only to ink cartridges needed and provides good color and two sided printing.

Good machine. Prints quickly. Colors are good. Looks good on my desk.

easy to use the only problem is getting it to scan. I have down load what the store told me to do

The printer is in good quality, both printing and scanning. The software usage is easy, comfortable and smooth.

Seems to be meeting my needs right now. Easy to set up and use.

i love the printer just wish it was a black one so it would match my room

It runs great, and prints really good. I only wish that, the paper catcher would automatically come out when printing. Because if you for get to pull it out, it all ends up on the floor. Other then that, very good printer

I haven't used the photo portion yet, but I printed out some graphics, and it did fine. Connection so far is good as well.

setup was very easy. I have been using the printer every day without any problems. i highly recommend this printer.

Great printer overall and I’m very satisfied. This may be a software issue but I keep getting a message that I’m out of paper even though I am not. Other than this, it is quiet, prints great black and color print quality. :)

I am giving 4 stars for the overall experience. The setup went well. One negative thing, I am not impressed with the color print as it doesn't print as vibrant as my old Envy 7640. It's good enough. And I have a question, is the output tray supposed to be manual? The old one was auto and I unfortunately have had my printouts hit the floor. So if the output tray is manual, that's is also a negative. But not a deal breaker. And part of that is the tray is then in the way when you have to fill the paper tray. So because of the color print and paper tray and am only giving four stars. Overall a good printer so far.
