    Worst WIFI printer

    Worst printer I've ever owned. Constantly disconnects. Reconnecting is time consuming and difficult and has to be done every time I print. Constantly have to buy ink for it as well. Never buying HP again

    Not User Friendly

    Very difficult to use. I use the printer 1-2 a week for small jobs. One page scans or printing a couple pages. Its not user friendly. Its difficult to troubleshoot when the printer goes "offline". Over all Im really dissapointed. My last HP I had for about 7 years and never had any problems with it. Now i wish i never bought this one.

    Printer problems

    Having a lot of trouble trying to Bluetooth with my phone, I told him I don't have Wi-Fi and they could not give me a printer that did not have to have Wi-Fi. Really quite disappointed, especially after explaining what I needed the help could not provide me the help I needed.

    Bought the unit in May. It is now October and it is not working. Printer is offline and no longer will connect with network. Have spent hours trying suggested fixes and been online with HP tech support to no avail.

    I had problems setting up the printer, but was probably due to my internet carrier. But what I really needed the copier does not do. I need to print legal size paper and this printer does not do that . Very disappointed because the sales person , suggested this printer after I had chosen a different one.

    Cheap complicated printer

    This printer has been a PIB from the beginning. It does not come with a manual. The start up does not direct you to the online manual. Lacking a status window really has serious drawbacks. Yes, it talks to your smartphone but not effectively. Yes, it talks to your computer but not efficiently. All you get when it stops working is a virtual agent which is annoying.

    This is the stupidest "smart" printer I've ever had. You cannot print outside of using the HP app. The HP app does not let you select "layers" in a PDF to print. You can only select pages in the PDF. They re-invented the standard "print functionality" that comes with everything and did it 100x worse.

    I don't see that my review is posted. I have wasted much too much time trying work with this printer, which I bought so that I could sometimes work from home. As far as I'm concerned, it's a waste of time and money. I wish I had donated the money the food bank instead of Best Buy,

    Lousy set up process

    Bad Set Up Directions
