    We bought this for our office. Unfortunately it wouldnt install with Windows 11. We even paid a professional IT to set it up so we know it wasn't us. We never could get it to connect and it just showed the same error message. We returned it and had to ship it back. Best Buy was great at communicating the process of our return and quick to get our CC refunded.

    Has been working great for us. We print over a 200 pages per day. Efficient and helps keep cost down

    I’ve regretted my every HP purchase since 6MP. This printer came out of the box wanted a firmware upgrade immediately. It wouldn’t connect to my internet connection, not with the additional HP Etdirect 3100W accessory, HP SmartApp or a direct printer cable. Each succession of my HP hardware purchases was more problematic than the previous. I doubt I will purchase anything from HP again, regardless even what Apple suggests.

    Good laser printer for printing from desk. A little bulky, but user can now print private docs at their desk.
