The printer stopped working after very little use. Support from HP was hopeless...hours on hold and never reaching support by phone...tried to get help via chat and wasted a lot of time on an absurd conversation. I can't waste any more of my time. I'm just going to throw the printer out.

Overall it works okay. The setup is a bit difficult with the smart phone app.

Perfect for my use. Portable and reliable. If black and white is all you need this is your printer.

I received this printer early October and I still have not set it up even after spending hours trying. I even contacted the Geek Squad. I wanted to use it wireless. My laptop did not have the correct adapter. I had wasted so much time! So I had to return to Best Buy to get the USB-C to USB-A Adapter. It is still not set up!

Printer okay only laser ink is printing quality little lower

I set it up as a Network Printer for occasional printing. Works great from my Macbook and my iPhone.

Not having to wonder about my ink drying up when I’m using my printer for a time is a big plus

It packs a punch for such a small printer! I can print from my phone and my computer.

Compact and efficient. HP laser printers do not need toners to be replaced as often as Brothers!

this one does not match my wifi 5G and refused to return

I returned it. The socket for the plug was very loose. The power kept shutting off and it kept disconnecting from the wifi. I think it was caused by a power issue.

Lasted 1 year and 3 days. Won't feed paper. Don't waste money on this

After lengthy setup, the printer worked very well in test prints, but soon after that it quit working.

I bought this and when i got around to opening it, it was 15 days later. Turns out it didnt work. It just didnt print. I'm not sure why. I took it back to the store and was told I was one day too late to return it. They refused to accomodate in any way. I just had to buy a new one.

Thing works fine when it isn't disconnecting from the computer and not finding drivers. HP customer service is non-existant, so purchase if you print rarely and have an hour every time you need to.

Printer is very compact, which is exactly what I needed for travel. Prints well with good detail. I set it up in many different ways on multiple computers from Windows 7 to Windows 11. All modes, USB, WiFi, and WiFi-Direct, work correctly. The instructions are sometimes contradictory and confusing, so a computer newbie might have difficulty. My only complaint is that the original 141A cartridge appears to be only about 10% full of toner. After setting up with only about 35 pages printed the cartridge is already about 25% gone. Nowhere near the 1000 pages claimed in the description.

Best printer I have had hands down. I thought I would miss having color, but the ease in setup and use outweighs the need or want for color. Laser printers are the way to go!!

Print quality for black & white photos was surprisingly very good. Would be a great printer for mobile applications as it is small and light. Print capacity of cartridges is low. I had issues with paper feed. Returned it for a larger, more robust printer.
