Great printer easy to install, quality of printing is clear.

Prints like a champ BUT replacing the ink cartridges is expensive and a pain. The ink cartridges MUST have the chip from the previous ink cartridge or it will not work at all. Not even a little bit. You can pay MORE and purchase the ink cartridges with the chip, but you will pay a lot. If you dont mind do all of this, then it is a great printer. I have had many HP and this is a good one. However, had I know about the chip, I would not have. I have arthritis no can do. In fact mine is up for sale.

So far so good. We have had GREAT service from our HP printers over the years so we chose to go with HP again. This new printer works great, fast and nice print quality. Our "go to" guy in our local store, Robert V., is superb help!

I can't believe I struggled with inkjet printers at home for two decades. While it was a splurge to buy a color laser printer, I have been blown away by the quality and speed of the printing. While replacement cartridges will be expensive, I think in the long run a laser printer will be cheaper for our family - and certainly much less frustrating. I wish I had thought of this when our kids were at home printing projects for school.

Works and prints great - exactly what we needed for our home business. Giving it 4 stars because setup was a pain - it wasn’t clear on the updates that need to be installed once hooked up - so I had a hard time getting the scanner to be recognized and working. Two hours and a bunch of clicking through things later I got it working and haven’t had any issues.

Needed a new printer and decided on this HP All-In-One. The WiFi printing was a little tricky to get going, but once it was, the results were Fantastic! I knew the printing was going to be great (it's HP), but the scanning & copying were surprising! I had some Very Old family photos and I tried scanning & printing them. Wow! They were unbelievably good. Even when I enlarged them with software they still looked great. What a bonus! This was a great investment and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The problem with inkjet printers is that they are expensive to use (if you print a lot), and the inkjets get clogged. Our other home isn’t used that often, and when we finally returned to it the printer we had was always problematic — mostly because it hadn’t been used. A laser, on the other hand, does not clog up from lack of use. And long-term, it’s much cheaper to use. Very crips prints, nice color, and not expensive for what it is. Recommend.

It was time to purchase a new printer for my office and this has been a great addition! Super easy set up and prints quickly.

I originally purchased a canon laser printer, and thankfully the protection plan. After weeks of trying to get it to work with my Mac, I took it back to Best Buy. They were terrific about taking it back. The HP is great, it took me a very short time to connect to wifi and my Mac. I am so pleased with this printer. Yes its heavy, but how often do we move it? Never! It was a bit more money than the canon but well worth it!

Excellent work printer. I regularly print multiple 50 to 60 page documents for work and this machine handles those print jobs with ease. The printer is quick. Good quality color printing and scanning as well. Overall great printer that can handle the demands of a very busy home office.
