I got it for my mom since she works from home and she loves it. Prints super fast and can scan stacks of papers into PDFs or whatever. Pictures also look good and ink lasts much longer than inkjet printers

I thought it was expensive but then I saw how amazing it prints everything and how beautiful the colors look. It was so worth it! Looks professional in our office and now with covid it’s easy to print out necessary curriculums for our children.

My old one was the 479 series, but was broken in my move. This one is has all the same features with a much smaller footprint on your desk than older similar models. Also, added bonus I didn't realize it prints double sided.

Upfront outlay is BIG but ink costs are supposedly cheaper. Set up was fairly easy for a non techy and my wife has no complaints with operation so far.

Great printer for small businesses

The only problem that I had was initial set up with Wi-Fi. After struggling to finally get it on our office net work, I finally got it going and it has been great.
