My visit took about 8 minutes and they helped me find the item right away! The manager even took a picture with me due to the state of happiness she instilled that day and it made all the difference in the world!

Does everything we want it to do. Thought we should have got a discount on this one as the other one that went bad was only a few months old and then we had to pay for another geek squad warranty on the new machine. Thought there would be some carry over onto the new machine. The good thing is it was in stock and we could take it home with us.

Good choice for a home printer!

The ink is a bit pricey but it lasts me a really long time and it does not dry out. My mom runs her brothers office and she says it’s her mini printer and also loves it! I just got a new laptop but if u don’t have one (like I hadn’t got one for the longest time ) u can print/copy/scan etc. right from ur smart phone! Highly recommended and am extremely happy with my choice!

After support got it working

Wish I didn’t have to call them but it seems they think of Windows only. Windows has too many security issues and not ever going that route again.

They were great and helped me connect to my printer. Once this was set up the printer has been fantastic! My entire family loves the printer too.

Great Printer, But Heavy Power Draw

The only reason I did not give it five stars is because it seems to draw considerable power while printing. The lights in our office actually flicker while the printing is in progress. Other than that, it seems to work fine.
