Works great but has trouble downloading software to connect my laptop.

This printer works great and the quality of the printing is good. Little trouble setting it up , but once I got it connected everything is working great.

Works great , color good, let’s wait and how easy it is to replace ink cartridges. And let’s see how HP smart print resume my subscription to offer their customer service.

A little complicated in hooking up and had to have HP representative help me out but, the help was almost immediate. The representative was very patient cordial and friendly. Made sure I was totally satisfied with hooking up 1 computer, 2 laptops and 1 mobile phone. Has really a good quality printing. Takes a second or two for it to begin once instructed to print but I honestly believe that is due to my WIFI speed. Speed in printing very efficient and fast. Overall very happy with the product and the service. Definitely recommend it.

I love the HP this printer, but my only complaint is that it does not turn on or off quickly. I takes awhile for it to get warmed up, shut off. Great quality prints.

I have owned a HP printer for over 40 years. I have always loved their products up until now. I purchased this 9120 e and was very frustrated because I could not get it to connect to my phone. I'll call customer service numerous of times and they did try to help me but it always ended with something was wrong on my end. One representative said it was my internet and the other one trying to tell me it was my phone service. A long story short I finally was able to speak with someone that actually helped me to connect my phone to the printer which they had to put an email on the end of the printer name. Once I had that fix I immediately received a crucial printer error stating it was something wrong with the printer. I called back and they had to transfer me to someone else and another department which did help me resolve the problem. I asked why am I having so many problems with this printer and he informed me that it was their latest printer and they are working out the bugs. Right now the printer is working as expected if I have any more issues I will return it.

Easy to install. Both printer and scanner are easy to use. The app that you download onto your computer and phone is also very user friendly.

Great printer a bit faster and does two-sided scanning of standard thickness sheets. Although probably great for thicker small sheets (I.e. photo paper), jams unexpectedly using the feeder for 5x7 regular paper - can’t eject shorter sheet properly past input guide. Corner of paper does not clear and gets stuck.

I purchased this as I needed for my home office and school work, a fast printer that had multiple capabilities. Picture and print quality is great, but what amazed me is the speed of document printing. This to me was a feature I always wondered if it mattered, well to me it does and it did. I want to get another for our family printing to replace a old Inkjet.

This is a good little printer, black and color. Haven't tried photos yet. Bought it on sale, so we got a decent price. The only issue we have is that it goes offline periodically and we have to wait for it to come back online to print. We think its a problem with our internet and not the machine.

Replaced old printer with this one. Very similar. Works great. I wanted the scan, copy and print functions so this printer was perfect for my needs.

I use this printer for a home office and other personal use. The printer works fast and is reliable. The images are crisp and the scans are clean. Make sure that only the correct HP printer cartridge is used otherwise there may be issues with the printer. Other than being locked in with HP printer cartridges, it's a great product.

Noisy but good . Ink has gotten real expensive I should have bought one with refills

The OfficeJet Pro 9125e has exceeded my expectations. Setup was fast and easy. Access to ink cartridges is simple. The display/control panel is easy to read and navigate. Print quality is outstanding. Spending a little more was well worth the improved performance.

We love this printer. Our last printer quit on us when we needed it the most. We decided to check out your website and this was the PERFECT printer for us. It was like it had our name on it. I went and picked it up and the pick up was great. It fits perfect in our home office. It does all the things we have been looking for in a printer, especially us being able to "scan" documents, that in itself is phenomenal! Thank you Best Buy for having the perfect printer "in stock" and it was on sale!!!
