Easy to set up, quite printing, speed exactly what I was envisioning.

Recommend as great price for easy to use copier and good quality!

After purchasing an inexpensive Epson printer and being disappointed with my purchase, I decided to splurge and revert back to the tried and true - HP! This is the third such printer I have owned and it doesn't disappoint. Intuitive and easy set-up, and multi-functional and perfect for home office. Highly recommend!

Overall, seems to be a good value for the money, it is easy to set up and is printing well.

Printer is doing its job just fine NOW. If you have a snapdragon processor think twice about HP printers. Their drivers are not working well with this processor. So I gave HP a very bad rating with specifics about the snapdragon processor and inoperability. A few weeks later I gave the website driver a chance and it has been working for 5 days now. Just use caution on HP drivers to ensure they capable with snapdragon processors before you buy.

The main problem with this printer is the ink. HP only gives enough ink to get the printer to print a few pages. You have to buy more ink right away—btw, the cartridges cost almost as much as the printer itself. I’m thinking I should have tried the fill from bottles printer instead. I have had three other office jet HP printers so it is not a surprise about the cartridges, but it would be nice if HP didn’t suck the money out of their consumers.

This new machine talks to my computer !! I can copy, print and even scan !! I have been without print/scan since Spectrum updated their equipment. The old machine was compatible with Microsoft 11, but would not have been able to scan.

WOW after an hour online and on the phone asking for my 2 year printer refresh that i have been paying on for 3 years, and my portal says the printer is eligible for a refresh, the response from their support supervisors" "Please accept our apologies that the feature you request is not available at present to get a new printer under the HP Platinum subscription, the only way is for the HP All-In Plan." so the only way i can get a printer refresh is to join a new more expensive plan. they will of course allow me to stay on my current plan but will not honor the printer refresh. Any one else have this issue? want to join yet another class action lawsuit against HP? what happened to this company. here is the link to where they clearly say i get a refresh but they WILL NOT honor it. The printer was easy to setup and the quality of the print is excellent.
