I bought this machine and was hoping for a delivery and a set up. I got the delivery within two days, but no one was available to set it up or to take back my previous printer. The machine works great and only once did it say it was off-line causing me to take it off my computer and put it back on and that seem to rectify things. It is a very reliable printer, and we print electronically from our computers.

The quality of the item was a bit lower than I expected for an HP item - especially one that cost as much as this one did. The front plate wasn't even properly connected when I opened the box. Once put back together though, this printer has been amazing. Perfect prints every time so far. It prints fast, is relatively quiet, and I love that it has the option to notify me when the paper is running low.

So far the printer HP Office Jet Pro 9125e has worked great. It took me a while to set it up, but I finally figured it out. I have not had time to set up fax, etc. as I was in urgent need of a printer for general printing. It is a little larger than my previous one. I am very pleased at the present time. I have always used HP printers as I have found my previous ones to be reliable and last a long time.

Once I got this printer setup it is great! I bought this printer home and had trouble. It would not recognize the ink cartridges. Spent a couple hours with HP tech support and still couldn’t get it to work. Returned and exchanged for the same printer. I still had some difficulty setting it up and spent another hour with tech support but we got it working and it’s great. I recently scanned some documents and emailed them directly to myself from the printer. I was able to upload the documents to a web site directly from my iPhone and never touched a computer! Don’t know how the ink will last but first 3 months free and they sent me a new set of ink cartridges.

This compact printer scanner has good quality output. Three months of free ink is a bonus.

Difficult to communicate printer with computer certain pages

Very solid choice to fit your household printing, copying, scanning needs. My only downfall is the lack of color options. Other than that, I have 0 complaints.

I love this printer. Especially all the features that come along with it including the wireless printing.

I am highly satisfied with this printer. Had HP printer AIO C309 that I bought in 2004. Had to finally purchased this one. Connects easily to iPhone and iPads. Bought this one for 199 during Deal of the Day.
