Had an issue with the ink cartridges not going in. But the staff was very helpful and got it to work

It was good, but you have to read the instructions before operating it.

I have been trying for two weeks to get this printer set up. I have contacted with HP Support twice. The last HP 'expert" told me that this printer needs to be within 10 feet of the router in order for it to work properly. I have a home office. The router is in the living room. I'm not moving the printer to my living room to get it to work

So far so good. Last HP printer purchase was unreliable. This printer sits in the background quietly doing its business when requested. Happy with purchase.

It's very slow to print, the print quality isn't great and you can't use all of the functions it advertises without a subscription to HP+. I really wish I had gone with the canon I was looking at

I bought this printer and after being on phone with hp support why it wouldn't connect to Bluetooth or wifi is because my Samsung galaxy tablet s8 and my Samsung galaxy phone isnt compatible even using a plug-in app. Need computer and windows 11 for this one. Not everyone uses computers these days.

I have experienced a myriad of problems with this printer. It does not pair well with my computer. In fact, I have not been able to print since purchasing it. I like being able to print from anywhere in my home but this printer does not print from other spaces even when the bluetoooth is on.

All of the functions you need for a home printer plus 2 sided scan and copy, Only negative is a small screen.

Printer works fine for my needs. However, I struggle with set up. Online instructions were confusing to me.

It's just ok. I replaced a HP Printer that I had for a few years because as soon as the warranty was up on it, it stopped printing well even after cleaning and aligning the printer heads. I liked the idea of the ink tanks on this one but so far I'm not very impressed. The print quality on the standard print option is not good and it takes longer to print than the HP printer did. The feeder on the top of the printer has already jammed a few times. I will have to wait and see if the ink tanks make the other annoyances worth the switch.

It is not the best device but it’s acceptable as a good printer for a small business, I recommend it

Great printer however it leads you to believe you must download HP smart to set the printer up and print this caused me some problems as I am electronically challenged. I found someone to help me and they set it up working around this system

Adequate printer for MAC but very cumbersome for processes. i.e. envelopes to reg paper and vice versa

Great product. All the features that I need and more. Amazing Value for the dollar.

Always can depend on Best Buy for quality orodevrs and always answers questions and provides support.

Technician had to revisit to complete installation

I really like this printer for my home office but it does not do well with envelopes. Often jams & takes too may steps to change paper size etc before you can print on an envelope. This is my 2nd unit. The first was defective and was returned.
