On a basic level, it works but I dream of throwing it out my office window periodically. Print settings has a mind of its own, no matter how many times you've saved your changes or set your changes as "default". It randomly puts itself to sleep (sometimes in the middle of printing). Not satisfied.

Touch screen way too small. Very difficult to find copying options, like changing size of copy. Also, seems to disconnect on its own from wifi, so I then have to unplug it and restart the printer for it to reconnect to wifi.

Consistently has firmware crashes, paper jams, connectivity issues (bad even by HP’s low standards), gives false readings of the door being open, the paper tray not in all the way. Overall it’s a piece of junk. Returned after less than 30 days.

Does not hold connection between printer and p.c. Wi Fi OK and I Input code from printer to p.c. and does not complete set-up. Not working at all to scan etc.

Always was offline had Geek Squad remote into my laptop got printer to work and then the next day was offline again. Set up was difficult as well, not the right printer for someone over 50 in my opinion. Way to difficult, I returned it and bought a $90.00 Brothers printer and Love it.

Bad software clunky install and still challenging with windows 11. You’d think a standard windows 11 setup would be simple. Multiple challenges even though ip address is clearly identified and indicates a strong connection. AirPrint works fine.

It was unbelievably difficult to set up (wireless). Then after not using for a few weeks it would not connect to the wireless without a password that I couldn't determine.
I then spent over 3 days trying to get support from HP but there are no contact phone numbers or available real person chat.
The chatbot was absolutely useless.
Because I now have a printer that I can not use because the manufacturer is not available for support, I will never buy another HP product.

"Scanner Failure" after owning this printer for 2 days. HP support is useless, spent hours on the phone with them and they were unable to help. Do not buy this product
