The print quality is not good. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase. I’ve researched it to see why and it’s a defect that HP isn’t doing anything about.

It jams all the time and seems to scan slower than the model I previously mentioned. Do not waist your time purchasing this product.

Set up was glitchy as well. I bought it having had an earlier version Office Jet Pro for several years. This one sucks by comparison.

I don’t recommend HP anymore for printers, horrible purchase choice - and too late to return it unfortunately.

The keypad is so small, it is impossible to enter wifi password. This isnt a pocket device, increase the size of your displays.

We'll like to help. We'll suggest updating the Printer firmware to resolve the touch screen issue as well as improve the overall reliability of the printer:

After updating the firmware, use HP Smart app to setup and connect printer to the network.
