Had new Printer for a few weeks and it seems to be working just as my wife's last printer (HP 8650 that lasted 11 years). My wife is a heavy user (works in school system) and so far, this new printer is holding up to her expectations. Only down side is the outer plastic casing does not seem to be as sturdy as the older printer.

Enjoyed the process of looking/learning about the various printers to replace my disabled printer. The employee was courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all my questions and provided valuable information on narrowing down my preferred printer. I am very pleased with my selection. It does exactly what I needed in a printer.

I am having issues with the printer staying connected to the wireless internet.

This printer is just not the quality I have come to expect from HP. The top paper tray is flimsy at best, and doesn’t have any kind of bottom stop to hold paper in place. After two paper jambs and several unexplained error messages, I returned the printer.

Works great and so quiet. Very good printer, Used in our business so a good bit.

Great printer . Easy to setup and configure. Prints fast

So far so good. east to set up. Replaced a older HP model that we had for years so hoping this last that long too.

1. The electrical connection cable does not stay plugged in, so the printer turn off while printing. 2. 5x 14' legal paper is not detected or listed as option Never have this experience with HP printers 3. Don't like this model .

Love it! Period. Very easy to set up on my galaxy s22 smart phone, then my fiance set it up to her i-phone then i set it up to my lenova laptop i got from best buy also. Very easy hp app to use to print from all three and i did sign up for the ink subscription but not the paper one and will see how that goes.

Had issues with purchase. Not Best Buy's fault. Finally resolved. Has been working fine after internet connection.

Excellent printer for all projects. Will recommend i the future.

Best printer so far but I haven’t replaced the ink yet

The printer is fast, once it starts and my only problem with the printer is it's AI. About 1 week end I got an e-mail from amazon.com that my printer was low on ink so it sent a purchase order for the ink. Which was cool, but it ordered the wrong ink. And it did it twice, I've disabled the auto order and now I put in an order as needed and everything is great. The one thing I don't like is the short paper output tray, it's short and the paper is left with the top curved and it should be long enough for the paper to lay straight while other prints are going on.

This is a great printer for work from home jobs, love it

It is a very good printer and is very fast. My only problem is Best Buy Review Techs told me it would auto duplex legal paper, but I found out that it would not.

This is always my printer of choice. Keep giving mine to my kids and having to buy a new one.

I print a lot of photos. This printer was a replacement for my 12 year old HP Inkjet that died after over 61,000 copies printed. I went through 2 other printers and returned them because they didn’t print photos on photo paper.

Very happy with this printer. Easy to print from different devices, and easy to scan. Also, love the double sided printing as well.
