No option for 240HZ

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Over all the monitor is nice, but I don't see an option to use the 240HZ setting, the highest it will go is 144HZ it doesn't even show 240 HZ as an opion so I'm a little confused and very annoyed by that. I would have chose a different monitior that was actually capable of the advertised 240HZ over this one. For 144 HZ this monitor is over priced.

Don't buy this from BestBuy!

I have to warn anyone considering ordering anything from BestBuy that they may get screwed just like I did. BestBuy does not use a professional, well-known delivey service like FedEx, DHL, UPS, or even USPS. They use a service called Roadie, which I'd never heard of. The delivery driver for Roadie claimed to have dropped off the monitor at the entrance to my garage (!). He should of dropped it off at the communal mailroom, but because this service isn't professional, he didn't. Someone in my apartment complex most likely stole the package, because he left it in plain site. I complained to BestBuy about this, but they shrugged it off and said get in touch with local law enforcement. Expect this level of disrespect from BestBuy if you take the risk to order from them and it goes wrong (not because of the buyer's fault, but because BestBuy can't take it on themselves to use a professional delivery service and shoulder the burden when something goes wrong). I've never been so poorly treated as a customer in my life (and I've lived in Europe, where the customer service is generally poorer than in the US!).
