Monitor goes black

Very frustrating. I need to call the Geek Squad but I just haven't had time.

My PC won’t even recognize it as a G-Sync capable monitor, though my computer does know it’s 240hz I haven’t been able to enable VRR which has been frustrating. I installed all appropriate drivers as it stated to do in the manual. But the monitor is so new there a no videos to troubleshoot this issue yet.
