Pretty good monitor for the money, has some issues with the backlight in dark scenes. Not the greatest contrast, and the colors were off out of the box, having to do some color correction in graphics settings.

Haven't even used for more than a weeks and it's already having problems. The DP cable randomly started glitching on me and won't connect anymore to the monitor. Just keeps connecting and disconnecting rapidly no matter how much I try and adjust it. I'm going to replace the DP cable it came with and see if that fixes it. Also, the stand it comes with is terrible and extremely wobbly. I would not purchase this monitor again or ever recommend it.

I went from this monitor to the G 51C odyssey form Samsung and Boy tell you this is not a good manager for your daily gamer mostly because the functionality and the display is horrendous, is a lot of white bleeding on the dark spots and it’s really hard to see any enemies when playing FPS games!

best buy sucks buy somewhere else, I won't shop there anymore

Probably a good panel, didnt work well with the series x tho. Kept getting frame drops that wouldnt stop, got a dif monitor that works much better.

Solid monitor but it’s to simple and lacks other features

Nice monitor. I use it to edit photos in LIghtroom and Photoshop.

Honestly not good at all. Colors are just off for some reason and the refresh rate is very negligible from 165hz and I say this after using a 165hz monitor for years and I couldn't really tell a difference. The resolution was very disappointing in most games except Fortnite looked good clarity and sharpness wise but colors were still strange like it was not super colorful or possibly a bit over sharpened. Not too sure. When I went back to my old monitor, it looked 100 times better. Personally really do not recommend. Especially for the price (even with the black Friday discount). Also, the screen and scaling when turned on looks really small so if you do buy it, you probably want to be close to your monitor.

It is a great but not the best it could be brighter.

Other than the User interface the monitor is great!

The screen is very nice. There was major with the power cord input. It began to smoke due to a short. Had to return immediately.

I think the monitor is great if it was 300 or less other than that there is tpo many others that perform better for around the same price point

Bought this used in excellent condition, the packaging was horrible they just threw it face down in the bottom of the box and threw bubble wrap on top monitor no protection turned on but screen stayed black tried multiple cables still no image had to return they really need to package used items right im sure it would have been a great monitor

Screen keeps RGB cycling without recognizing any input. Only way to solve is to disconnect/reconnect monitor.

this gaming monitor worked well until my tapped the screen and the inside broke.

The height adjustment on this panel is extremely tough to move up and down. While trying to lower this i was pushing down relatively hard to get it started and it gave way and slammed to the lowest point. This slightly cracked the panel which made the entire thing useless. Can’t recommend a monitor this fragile.

the display is flickering and has noticeable burn-in. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for something that lasts

I’m not sure if I’m just spoiled with color vibrancy/contrast/black equalizer and brightness but the monitor itself seemed a bit dim. My eyes eventually got used to it but next to my Benq Zowie monitor it looked rather depressing. The anti glare was nice, though the blue lighting itself was awful even after tweaking the monitor it gave me pounding headaches to the point I had to hop off after a few hours whereas with my other monitors I’d be perfectly fine. The Resolution looked amazing but even that wouldn’t have made me keep this monitor. Respectfully I wouldn’t recommend this as a first 240+ hz monitor at all especially given the price. I am surprised this monitor has such high ratings considering the image color quality seems very subpar.

I bought this monitor expecting a cheap, but at least functioning 1440p display. The first monitor I bought of this model was DOA. I was able to return it and get another of the same model which lasted just over 30 days before dying. I will never buy another HP omen monitor and I’ve never had hardware failures like this in any other manufacturer. Absolute junk of a product, avoid at all costs.
