    Certain programs freeze a lot. Easier to turn on. Cursor pad is still not centered. This causes real spelling and speed problems with my Qwerty skills.

    We went to the Best Buy in Portland who told us a certain laptop was in stock. It wasn’t in stock and they sent us to another store saying it was in stock but it wasn’t. We drove all over and finally found one. Wish the employee was a little more honest. Overall though the laptop we settled for is amazing and the other salesman saved the day!

    Very kind staff. I liked the computer but with the basic specs it's laggy when I have my 300+ page Word doc open, so if you work with large files then get higher RAM. Also a bit heavy
