I bought 2 of these laptops for 2 religious Sisters from Africa who are studying in the USA. Since they take a vow of poverty, it was very difficult for them to let me spend so much money on them. I asked if they liked them? They said "No...we love them!" They quickly overcame their objections and realized how much they would help them in their studies now and when they return to their communities in Africa to teach, plus they will serve them for many years. The computer lab guy at their college said they picked out very good laptops so they were very proud of their choice! Thanks for making all of us very happy!

Nice size and very functional simple to use and has a decent battery life.

I love my new laptop. Smaller than I am used to, so took some getting used to not having a ten keypad, but I am adapting and love the lighter weight. And it is so much faster than my old, larger laptop.

Nice laptop, use it for work, don't have any complaints, fast and lightweight. The screen could be a bit brighter but in general its enough

Computer does get overheated easily but overall a great buy. Fast speed, able to use as a tablet, and touch screen is great.

I have had this laptop for a little over two months. I bought it during a sale for about $150 off and it’s been really worth it. It’s been my daily driver. Been able to do some pretty good light gaming. 7 days to die, Tiny Glade and The Wandering Village run great. I cant run at max settings but its fine. The 1TB ssd and 24gb of ram are a nice bonus. The Co pilot stiff is hit or miss but it foes have enoughjuice to rin a light LLM Locally. The local LLM IS not fast but it gets the job done and shows what the laptop is capable of. My surface pen works great if you like drawing or using a pen on the touchscreen. My pen also sticks to the side this laptop has magnets sonyou can attach the pen.

It a very lovely laptop easy to use and very efficient. All i need in a laptop and more. I just love it. I am happy i made the right choice buying it.

Ordered it for my 1st year college daughter. Compared and compared and couldn't find anything that matches the cost, speed and memory size. Have 2 other laptops (1 HP and MacBook Pro) and this one is a great value for the cost. Definitely would recommend considering you can traditionally use it as a laptop and table as well.

The touchscreen is sharp and responsive, and I love being able to switch between laptop and tablet mode. It’s fast, handles multitasking well, and looks sleek. Battery life could be better, but overall it’s a solid device for school, work and everyday use.

Overall great laptop for the sale price. The screen is nice and bright but it does have a couple light bleed spots around the edges. I didn't think I would like the keyboard at first just based on how it looks but it's quick and easy to type on. The touch screen is very responsive and works great with a pen. The 24 gb of ram is great for multi-tasking including some 3d print modeling, vs code, and about as many Chrome tabs as I can throw at it.

Made this purchase for to replace a 6-year-old HP Envy Laptop. A lot had changed and needed guidance to select the laptop that suited my current needs. Best Buy's expertise was critical in the decision process. I am very pleased with the new selection. in addition, Best Buy transferred the data from the HP Envy to the new model. I was able to start using it from the first minute I pressed the power button. SEAMLESS!!

I primarily use this laptop for accessing the intranet (for email, producing documents, participating in mtgs via zoom/teams, etc.) - I normally use a separate keyboard, but sometimes I detach the keyboard (& powercord) & move it where I need to as I did in creating a video recently where I needed a different background for the video & it worked like a dream! I like that it isn't a huge laptop ( it's 12" x 9") & not super heavy so it's very portable for wherever I might need to take it.

Overall, the computer is fine. The fan does run very often. And after only 3 months, the keyboard is sticking. I have to press hard on some #'s and letters to get them to register. I do not use this laptop all day long-- probably only about an hour a day. Luckily the manufacturer warranty is 1 year, so it is covered with geek squad and I'm bringing it in for repair. It's too bad that after such a short time I'm already having this problem. I have a crappy chromebook and that happened to it after years. This does not bode well for this product. The keyboard has always been "wavy" looking. But I thought that was an optical illusion. lol Now I know that it's affecting it. How the cursor appears on the screen also drives me nuts. But like I said, overall, it's a decent computer.

Product is awesome however after I purchased and gave them my old laptop, I found the trade-in coupon and went back to store to claim the $50 gift card. Was told since I gave them my old laptop, they had no way to confirm therefore no gift card. Pretty crabby way of keeping records. BEWARE!!

Excellent size with the added features to use touch screen and swivel to lay flat. Perfect for my needs as a teacher.
