    This is my first laptop so nothing to compare it to. It does seem to get hot quickly. I keep it plugged in most of the time but the few times I used it with the battery, it did seem to run the battery down quickly. Love the touch screen and is easy to use.

    Computer works great after I redownloaded Windows, One Drive wasn't working right, had a lot of strange settings which made it difficult to work with, so I finally started over with Windows. Almost made me wonder if someone had the computer before because it was set up for a metered data and other things you don't normally see on a new computer. Customer service was a joke. Computer was supposed to be delivered next day. It didn't come and I couldn't get any answers from Customer Service. I finally got it 2 days later. I was trying to cancel the order because of the poor customer service and twice when I got to the finally option the phone call dropped.

    Great buy it was what I wanted for my daughter for Art to scketch, download games and for school. She was able to connect her VR set to her laptop. It's like all in one. She can use it for college or university classes.
