Excellent product. In selecting a new home computer we selected this new computer. Transitioning our old data to the new computer was easy and faster than we expected.

This system was incredibly easy to set up. I have already done some prep work for the upcoming semester and I love how quick it is. Made me realize how badly I needed to update my set up. Integrated my devises easily. Just needed to get an external speaker as this system does not have one.

My old school 89 yr old father in law needed a replacement for his 20 yr old desktop. He was adamant it be another HP desktop. This is a good solution for him except that it has no user manual, has no floppy disk drive and has no cables for the wireless keyboard and mouse. By default, I am his support rep. I removed every app from his desktop folder and have created icons for "email" and for "internet". I disabled every unnecessary program in startup. This is equivalent to a car with manual roll up windows - as basic as I could make it. On his internet home page, I turned off all extensions, feeds, and displays. He hates this desktop and wants me to reload Windows XP OS from some cd's a friend gave him 15 yrs ago. However, the environment is easy for me to support over the phone.

This is a great desktop computer. I am loving it! It is fast and efficient. The Geek Squad is also great! They helped me set it up and have answered questions for me.

Just what i needed for everyday use! It takes care of my emails, online shopping, facebook , and bill payments with no problems. Super easy to set up. Love it, thank you Best Buy!

HD OmniDesk Desktop is excellent for daily task. A very affordable price, yet sufficient speed and memory.

I bought this because the old desktop that I had for my basic gaming couldn't upgrade to Win11, so decided to bite the bullet. This does everything I expected it to. Plays my old game at highest resolutions, web browsing, and home office tasks and doesn't even break a sweat. The SDD beats the heck out of my old mechanical one for speed. Only disappointment was that the bluetooth was provided by a dongle and not integrated. But overall, very pleased with my purchase.

Quite small which is nice if you don't have a lot of room. My personal use is nothing more than watching videos, surfing and basic home use. Definitely recommend if your looking for a nice computer to take care of simple tasks that is small enough to fit just about anywhere.

Its perfect, its everything i was looking for in a desktop tower. It quite, runs fast, has enough ports and enough memory.

Obviously having Windows 10 from way back, it was time for the upgrade to Windows 11. Pretty simple to essentially plug and play as they say. Wonderful product!

Really great for daily computing needs like email and online browsing. Gaming is actually decent too, light to medium gaming especially on older titles everything pre 2020 running at very respectable frames and resolution especially for what this is. Don't regret this at all

Easy to hook up and install for a non-computer programme person. I like the small compact size and easy access to the ports

So far I am very pleased with my new computer,set up was easy the key board and mouse are wireless so the cable mess was reduced,and everything has worked well with my printer and innernet set up.The Keek squad did an excellent job transferring my info.

Great Computer , love it... the only problem I had was there was no directions for the key and mouse. not Best Buy's problem but HP's , could not figure out how the put the batteries in the mouse, Had to drive back to Best Buy for help and 20 mins and 2 different people and No idea where the battery's go.....pry up on the two buttons and the top pops off ( some directions would have been wonderful )

Small so fits nice on my desk, was easy to hook up and get running. Only downside is it’s not compatible to my existing printer.

Smaller unit than I previously had. Lighter weight than I previously had.

Works as needed, much better then the 10 year old computer it replaced. Old computer would not allow upgrade to win11 so this does the trick
