This laptop is light, fast & easy to use. Crisp, clear picture. Only reason I gave 4 stars is cover scratches easier than I expected.

Purchased HP - Pavilion x360 to replace an ancient Toshiba laptop. Reviews of product were very high and I was not disappointed in purchase. The laptop is very fast, compact, and lightweight.

I bought this laptop recently and I can honestly say that I'm in love. I can't believe that I survived most of my studies without it. It's very portable, fast and beautiful. I get compliments on it every time. There are two reasons why I won't give it five stars: Netflix and the price. The screen changes its tones everytime I watch Netflix and it's very annoying. I've searched for solutions online and have given it every update possible and the problem still continues. Also, I thought I was getting the best deal ever by buying an excellent and good quality laptop for less than 1K, but then I saw the same laptop, even bigger (15in), which included free Office, a mouse and an antivirus for MUCH less! This was also very annoying. The only reason I did not return it is because this 14in is less heavy. But overall, great laptop!

This is by far the best laptop I have ever owned! I love the touch screen and the 2-n-1 features. It is lightweight and looks thin and clean as well!

I went to Best Buy not knowing what type of laptop I needed. I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable rep who assisted me through the whole process. He even set me up with the Geek Squad to leave my computer for them to install everything to get me ready to go! Awesome service!

I purchased this laptop for ME. I love it. Great for the price. It has all the features I could want. I am enjoying the touch screen and windows 10 ink features.

I like the touch of the computer keyboard. It is easy to use & fairly lightweight. Wish it had an additional USB, but knew that going into it and use an accessory to get the extra ports.

This is a great deal- for the price point it’s definitely one of the best bang for your buck. And the touch screen is an added bonus.

I love the touchscreen/tablet option. The computer fan is a little noisy, but other than that I don’t have any complaints so far

Not particularly skilled with the computer I am enjoying the ease of use and its various features. After working with a failing older desktop this is a delight. It has peaked my interest in learning more.

Only been using for a short but love this thing, it is my first laptop my kids have had them for a while but I have always used a desktop was looking for a well made and versitile laptop with a Solid State Drive and lightweight that was not too expensive got a great sale on this one the screen is very nice and love the back lit keyboard. I guess time will tell how long it will last

Previously had a dinosaur HP computer (only few years old and SLOW) so I was very hesitant to purchase this one. That said, this laptop is speedy and very user-friendly. I’ve been able to take care of settings and operation with very few problems. I haven’t tried the Ink app yet, but I’m really looking forward to the functionality of it. Minor: The silk gold case is beautiful.

I needed a lightweight larger laptop for school. It is treated me very well and I like the touchscreen feature.

I usually buy apple products but didn’t want to spend a couple thousand. I choose this after reading reviews and it is amazing! I love it. Screen and graphics bright and clear. Touch screen works amazing. You can even talk to it! Facial recognition for login. Use it as a laptop or tablet or you can sit it up like a tent to watch movies. I use this for home and school and it’s one of the best computers I’ve had. Battery life great. Speakers clear and loud.
