Remember the movie Office Space? Remember how on Mike and Samir's last day, Peter stole the office printer and they destroyed it to high heaven with a baseball bat in an empty field? That's exactly how I feel about this printer. Three calls to HP Support and they clearly are just in it for amusement because they don't actually provide any worthwhile support and then they pour salt in the wound by concluding the call saying "bye for now" knowing darn well I'll be calling back tomorrow for the next set of issues this printer has given me. If Office Space cosplay is your thing, then this is the printer for you.

I can’t believe I PAID money for this piece of garbage. It’s a worse design somehow than our previous one with fewer features and malfunctioned from the very first print job in three ways: paper jam, then stopped printing mid project, then printed erroneous patterns instead of the requested print job. Absolute garbage. Perhaps HP should reinvest some of its philanthropy back into its own products.

Do not purchase this printer! Every single time I go to print some thing nothing happens and when I try to reprint, it says the printer is busy. It’s like the printer will not wake up and when it does start to print something, it looks jumbled and takes a whole bunch of ink. Worst Printer I’ve ever owned

Error code during setup prevented completing setup No explanation. Calling HP Support is worthless. No one answers the phone. You cannot reach them via chat nor email. Very painful and not worth the hassle.

I purchased this printer as a gift. My friend has not been able to connect to the WiFi to complete the set up. Have not gotten past step one. The printer is too heavy to move easily. I would like to return it to Best Buy for refund or exchange but it has been too long. If Best Buy sees this please contact me.

This is the first printer we’ve had they doesn’t print 2- sided. Also an ink head part has gone bad and we’ve only had the printer for about a month. Know you can’t return after 2 weeks. We’ll never buy from Best Buy again. Spare yourself any troubles and don’t buy this printer. By the way it wasn’t the cheapest one by far..

I took the 1 star off for the slow color print speeds, that's about all I could find wrong with this printer. Now that that's out of the way, open the package, remove the printer, install app and follow prompts to fill tanks with bottles of ink and take care of the calibration set up and your done. Maybe about 10 minutes in total from opening the box to printing your first page. From the app you have tons of settings, ink levels, fax, scan and print options. The ink included is said to last 2 years, that's fantastic for a home environment, hopefully the print heads don't get clogged up in the meantime. Says it will only work with Window's 7, 10 11 and MAC OS, the Apple and droid phones. Holds 100 sheets in the feeder tray. I would definitely recommend this for someone from a small office, maybe remote works from home type or just normal home use. Document use as well, this is not a photo quality printer. The foot print is small and I really like the tank idea, now if we can find someone to refill them, we can keep eliminating waste, if the printer lasts that long as well. I am a big HP fan, this one is replacing my Tango that I've had for many years, only connectivity issues with that one. It will be donated to hopefully get more use of it.

I regret buying this printer. The ink smears the moment I touch the printed page no matter what paper I use. It’s virtually impossible to handle any documents without ruining it.

Absolute worst printer I have ever bought. It constantly freezes and won’t complete a print job. When it does print, it’s extremely slow.
