I am a huge fan of printers with ink tanks vs. cartridges. It is so easy to see what your levels are at and also to replace ink. The printer allegedly comes with 2 years worth of ink. It has little windows on the front so you can see how much of each ink you have left. It can print 10 ppm black and 5 ppm in color. This is more than fast enough for a home office or for kids in school. Connecting to wifi was fairly simple. I recommend following the directions that come in the box. I never wing it when it comes to connecting new devices to wifi. Once set up, it is super easy to print from various devices that are connected to your home wifi. This is a nice looking printer. It looks modern and clean on your desk or shelf. Scanning is fairly simple too, the instructions are easy to follow. The quality of the print is as expected in my opinion. Noise level is average. The ink tank feature is the main sell for me. A printer is a printer. But this feature sets it apart from the others and is much more convenient.

Aside from encountering difficulty installing the printerheads and connecting the printer to the internet, all went fine. Loading paper is a bit awkward since I placed the printer within a shelf in a bookcase with not much head room. What I especially like is not having to buy cartridges with a short life span and liquid refills instead. And finally, print quality is excellent!

Very easy set-up. Great printing so far. So happy to no longer have to pay $$$$$$ in ink cartridges ever again.

When I started off with the chat, I had a very stressed tension headache. the Epson ET 2400 Eco tank was giving me the blues. It worked with my iPhone but not with my iPad 3rd generation, after the chat my headache was gone and I had a new Printer that is user-friendly, It’s still an Epson but better features and user-friendly :-).

This was one of the easiest printers to set up even without a guide or instruction manual. There are 4 bottles that you plug into the ink reservoir by flipping the bottle upside down onto the inlet. From there you just connect the ink cartridges and get ready for set up. I already had the HP app so getting connected was as simple as logging on to the app and follow the set up guide for WiFi connection. This took less than a minute and I was ready to print. The printing isn't anything fast and HP advertises 10 pages per minute for both color and black&white documents so this printer wouldn't be ideal for a commercial office space but rather a home office space. When it comes to photo printing and with the right photo paper I was able to print out photos of my Dad who recently passed away with the best clarity and share them with my family members. There isn't any need to go to staples or office Depot unless your print is larger than what the printer can take. The copy/scanner also works really well but would only be able to scan 1 paper at a time. Overall, with the HP app you can print from anywhere and have your document ready for you when you need it. The connection is the best out of any printer I've owned even compared to other HP models. I haven't had any problems connecting between computers, phones, and tablets.

I've used many HP printers in my work life before; some were great, but some were not. So far, the printer is doing alright, but it does not inspire confidence! I really need a good, affordable, reliable printer, so I hope it turns out to be better than it seems so far... in only a short period of use, I have had it throw errors on a simple print job, and then not reset or shut down despite cancelling the job. It actually had to be unplugged just to wake up and resume printing anything. Not so happy about that! Bodes ill.

The printer has exceeded our expectations in printing. The print quality is great, ive got my phone computer and tablets connected to it. Best of all the ink is refillable. And the replacment ink is so much cheaper then buying printer cartridges...

This printer is great. First, it was easy to unpack thanks to the bag with reinforced handles. It slid right out of the box with no problem and it includes the print heads along with a bottle each of magenta, yellow, blue and black ink. The black is the XL size because it's expected that the black will be used more. Once I removed all the little tape strips and cardboard protection, I tried to set it up using the app. I scanned the QR code, downloaded the app and followed the instructions, but I could not get the printer to complete the installation that way. I finally gave up and used the manual that came with the unit. Everything went well. I filled each tank with the correct ink. It was easy to do with no mess because of the way the tanks and bottles are designed. I had a little bit of ink left in each container except the black which was about half full and that's what the manual said to expect. I wish the manual had said how much ink should be left in the others because you can't see how full the tanks are even if you sit right in front of them. I may have removed the bottles too soon, but I would rather do that and have ink left than to keep filling only for it to spill. The color is fantastic. I printed several colorful art pieces for a friend of mine and the color was great every time. I kept checking to make sure there was enough ink and there was. In fact, it looks like all the tanks are still full even after printing full page color art. I tried several times to register even after the printer was working and I still can't so I gave up. This is a great printer with beautiful rich color output.

Good printer! Hard to find a good printer.. Set up was very easy! I have had no problems with it. Little slow when printing in color but doesn't bug me much.

Finally opened it and got to use it. If you are trying for a really decent photo printer for a very reasonable price, this is a must
