Cannot get wifi connection

It’s the printer and I don’t have box to return and cannot get in touch with HP support as I keep losing connection or being hung up on. What am I suppose to do?

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked up this printer yesterday. As I try to print time and time again the paper is jammed. It takes quite a while to reset itself. I try again and it jams again. I would Not recommend!
