I like the refillable ink tanks. Set up and wifi use was easy. It looks like the replacement price of the ink is about the same as cartridges, so I'll be interested to see how long the refills last.

Excellent printer. Fast and quiet. Prints pictures really fast and with great quality. It is wifi but don't call HP for support on how to get it to broadcast to the network as they have no clue so I had to hook it up hard wire.

Love this printer. First time trying the bottle refillable ink. Had small issue setting up and connecting to WiFi. Otherwise, setting up was not bad.

I bought it to replace a well-seasoned HP 8600 All-in-One which broke as soon as I installed NON-HP cartridges. Being HP was once an instant quality symbol. I'll see if it holds. All of the documents were printed in China, in TINY/TINY/TINY font. This unit lacks a document feeder for the scanner. But that part of the replaced unit still works well. I don't think I'll need that capability. It appears HP has designed a refill system that doesn't leak or drip. I do have a bit of colored ink on my hand, but hand washing rids that. Leaking remains a worry but, so far, I'm pleasantly surprised. My recommendation is GUARDED.

Good quality print, easy to install to computer. Wireless with good connection.

HP Manual "Recommended" setup said to go to 123.hp.com to set-up. 123.hp didn't offer or recognize Smart Tank 6001 or offer setup on system. Spent 2 hrs getting HP support to fix. Be prepared for a long long setup. Once you get support (chat only,) and help them understand the issue wasn't with the printer they took over and did a great job. Loading ink was easy w/ no mess, very impressed by this. You do need to install two print heads but that was simple. Print quality, both B&W/Color exceptionally nice. Quick printing, moderately quite. FYI no USB port for USB stick. Would rate it a five if not for the frustration on setting up.

I was assured it was a wired printer since my computer et.al. are wired, however it would not connect to the computer using a wire. After many attempts to connect to the computer ( which was recently purchased ) I found it connected to wi fi only. Anyway I am happy with the printer.

So far so good. Replaced my last printer because it was getting harder to try to print wifi. So this new one has worked great with printing. Color looks great and im liking the way the iml comes. The cartridge would get dried up in the other one and i had to keep taking it out to try and save the ink. So far havent had to in this one

It does what it needs to do. prints, ink stuff. i got a great deal on it as well.

I liked the concept of the color printer and the inks that would last a long time. Bought the printer but when setting it up, the software required you to register for an online account. It would not let me print or scan without logging into this account. It could have been my error but this raised security and privacy concerns and the uncertainty that if the internet connection went down, the printer could not be used. Also had an issue with maintaining wifi connection. Print quality was not as good as a laser. Returned the product for a laser printer

Really like the printer and it’s really ideal that I purchased from Best Buy as their service is outstanding and they take care of everything regarding future care of the products you purchase from them.

The printer stores massive amounts of ink and I can do a lot of printing without replacing the ink. The problem I have is the printer doesn't connect very well with my laptop (I connect wirelessly with my laptop very close) and at times I have to frequently pull the plug to reset the printer so it can connect. Also this printer does not have an automatic feeder for scanning documents so that if I have to scan a bunch of documents, I have to manually scan each page one at a time.

Easy setup and easy fill of the ink. This printer connects to wifi for convenient mobile printing.

So far so good. Nice looking, I like the liquid refill, prints high quality and better than the older HP model we had.
