I love this printer. I always buy HP because of their reliability. I decided to go with the better ink cartridge system & am bery pleased I did. Highly recommend!

Took a chance on the refillable ink printer and let me tell you, this thing is amazing, much quieter than the older HP printers for some reason and the Wi-Fi connection makes it so everyone in the house van connect to print!

Let's make it so difficult - can't just print. The WiFi is always failing. Buttons only light up if it is working-even then you don't know what the buttons are for even when you can see them. You can't just make a simple copy without going to the app and going through 50 steps. Just wanted to print a document and 3 hours later no WiFi connection. Sorry I made this purchase. And no HP support except redundant website.

Experience with the equipment is simple and easy.

Color rendition of printed pages is not close to that of downloaded images from industry leading websites. Printer drops offline intermittently and has to be nursed back online. Much of the online support is Windows oriented and not current with latest Mac OS
I’m sorry that your printer has produced prints of poor quality while failing to reliably stay online. I’m also sorry you’ve not received the support you need related to your operating system. I want to help you remedy these issues, so I’ll suggest some resources I hope will accomplish that goal.

Good printer, not without flaws

Took two of them to get working. The first unit would recognize the magenta tank as being full and after an hour on chat with customer service, I told them to forget it as I would just exchange it.
The second one I talked completely and prints nicely.
I need a multifunction scanner/printer with a feeder as I scan a lot of documents, and the feeder has jammed twice in the first day of use.
For a printer in this price rance, the menu/display is lacking. The $175 printer this replaced had a much better user interface.

I have not been real thrilled with the printer. It has set up instructions but nothing else. I don’t like the small screen which offers little to no information!
The customer service I got was minimal! I wouldn’t recommend it without more instruction!

I will not buy HP printer again in the future. Rip off. Only two years old and it stopped working because we changed wifi. Same with my daughter on hp. No good.
