Great printer and easy to use!! Prints great, too!

I am very pleased with this printer. It is a user friendly printer with toner, which will last for a long time for my printer needs. The color is great. it was easy to set up and I am happy with the print outs. I am sticking to toner from now on. No little cartridges for me that cost a fortune.

Excellent Value - Printing is crisp and clear and printer speed is acceptable for general office use. The refillable tanks will make ownership easier and cost effective. Highly recommend installing the Full Software package for this printer. Setup was easy and complete.

This isn’t my first ink tank printer but it is by far the best. It does what printers do best - print and scan really well plus it has the benefit of having ink tanks, which results in less frequent ink refills. Overall this is a great printer!

So far it has performed flawlessly! Great prints. Scans perfectly, and great color! Handles different weight paper without a problem.

I purchased the Smart Tank 7301 and a Geek Squad protection plan. The printer set up was a nightmare. Despite being near the router the Smart App setup stalled constantly after locating the printer. Trouble shooting from online HP sponsored advice did not help get past the connecting to network stage. Oddly, the printer 's WiFi started hijacking my laptop wifi so I would be in the midst of a chat with Best Buy Geek Squad and would lose internet, and the chat. Ultimately I got a message through that I need a phone number, and eventually connected with a very nice agent who could only offer to connect me to a special technician who might be able to remotely set up the printer but it would cost me an additional $40. He was unable to assure me that I could simply return the printer to a local store since I had ordered it online and had it delivered. He transferred me to Customer service to verify what I needed to do, and after hanging on the line for a while I Googled my local store where the website affirmed online orders could be returned there, no problem. So. Printer set up did not work for me, despite having a very new HP Envy laptop with the Smart App intended to do all the setup automatically. Why the printer wifi kept booting out my home wifi, nobody could explain. Geek Squad didn't know how to return the online order, so all in all, one star experience, except for the actual in store return which was easy.

It was hard for us to install. Geek Squad did a great job, and the machine is everything we wanted it to be.

If you fall for the up to 2 years worth of ink your delusional. I bought one of these on the thought id not have to buy ink wrong!!!!! Ive had to buy ink 4 times. they sent me 1 the first time mine ran out . the same week my subscription ran out scam i got another. The ink’s don’t even show up before you run out. I was using mine for business and it did not work good at all for me!!! Do not fall for this scam

Although we like the idea of smart tank. This product was cheaply made and expensive. Their older models that take cartridges are better made than this model and clearer. The other thing is the quality of the documents are so much higher that if you email alot this product is not for you. You have to manually turn it down every time you scan just to email a document otherwise it gets kicked back as undeliverable. Then you sacrifice clarity and readability. I would not recommend.

Countless hours on the phone attempting to get this printer to work each and every time I attempt to print. I will never purchase a "dumb Smart tank made by HP" Never Ever

I wish i can give this printer zero stars. There's no quick setup with this garbage printer. Even their tech support couldn't resolve the setup issues with my Mac and Iphone. These companies are putting out garbage printers without any quality control.
