This is the easiest and easy on the ink printer I have ever own. The printer that I had before this one was a HP but it was starting to go bad ( I had to keep pluging and unpluging the electric cord to get it to work). The ink was getting expensive and hard to find. Can't complain, I had it for about 10 years. This new one is easier on ink and a way better on replaceing the ink.

Awesome printer. Very quick and crisp documents. I like the ease of being able to refill it instead of buying cartridges.

Best HP product I’ve owned in ages! Ink was super easy to install and refill. Menus are simple. Print quality is great. I even got my parents to buy one after their laser printer from another brand started malfunctioning only 8 months after purchase.

Just set it up. Printed one document. That’s fine so far. The WiFi setup is a bear. Repeated failed attempts using HP “smart.” Yes, there’s a reason I put that word in quotes. Finally set it up manually in the display, which was simple once I figured out how to navigate. (Like texting on an old flip phone, but it finally worked like a charm.) Recommending it bc of the tank and the all-in-one. Bought it during a sale; not sure I’d pay the current price.

This Hewlett-Packard printer is an amazing piece of equipment.. he was very easy to connect to Wi-Fi out of the box and has not had any problems whatsoever with paper jams. I have used a lot of the ink already and the level is still very high. I would recommend this item to a friend

Initially we bought an HP Ink Jet Pro printer which we did not like. We exchanged it for this HP Smart Tank printer, and we have loved it. Great features, clear printing, great color. It is fully worth the higher price.

So far so good! Very quiet and pretty fast. My only concern is that it lets out too much ink when printing in color. But I’m really pleased with it.

My old printer was 15yrs old when it died. I purchased this one because it had positive reviews for printing picture, the pictures are not robust, the colors are muted. Not very happy with that part. The paper tray is extremely difficult to remove and refill, it is not very well thought out machine, an older person would have a hard time refilling the paper tray.

Easy to set up, nice prints, multipurpose use. Would recommend.

Love this printer. Yes, there are less expensive printers available, but I will no longer have to mess with getting a quality replacement printer cartridge. Adding the ink is easy, just follow the directions. Printer seems faster then stated and I love the the effortless 2 sided printing option. My wife was able to scan and copy with no complaints (she is not tech savvy). This review is not written the day I get home. It is months old printer now and I can truly say it has been put to the test.

Looks great! I am a bit intimidated by the ink set up, but the instructions are easy to read and help is accessible, if need be. I am not great with technology anymore, as I spent the last 20 years working directly with people and minimal tech. This printer does everything you need for a home office while also being easy to use. I like it. Thank you!

I have always purchased HP Printers over the past 25 years. They have always been great and gave me great copies until it was time for them to quit. After purchasing this one, it is the best of the bunch. It makes beautiful copies in color and in black and white. I really like the paper tray as it does not stick out so far that you have to watch out when you walk by in a limited space. I am looking forward to not having to change the ink all the time! I am very happy that I purchased this model for my office. Advancement is so wonderful!
